Great Dealership! Nathan Jordan was great to work with!
I purchased a 2010 Hyundai Accent, so I can serve my country as a proud U. S Army National Guard soldier and back forth to my other job. I dealt with other sale person after my dealer, Reggie, left. He was very helpful, so this comment doesn’t apply to him. Now, back to the problem with my car. Not even a month, the brakes locked up on me while making a turn. I ran up on the curb. I constantly went to Tameron about the problem and all they can say is that this car does this after every 15,000 miles. When I got the car, it had 44,000 miles on it. When I start experiencing this problem, it was about 46,000 miles (confused). Less than 6 months, I continue to go to Tameron with the same problem and all they did was just clean off the brakes and apologize. I also stated to have problems with the transmission and that the engine would sometimes flash. The car started holding back and the lead mechanic said that this was caused by the car getting jumped off, but I never got my car jumped off. I tried to get them to buy the car back because I went to them four times about the problems. All they said is that they can only trade it out and not buy it. The negative equity was extremely high because a Hyundai Accent value drops tremendously after leaving the lot. I feel like Tameron Hyundai does not handle the problems in the interest of the customer. I think selling a car and not a life is their motto. For me to travel to different places and every time I drove this car, I felt fear. Thank God that I am out of this car and found a better dealership that deals with the interest of the customers.
