When I purchased my 2006 Nissan Exterra. I was told by the Used car Sales Manager that the entire vehicle had been gone thru and a speel about 150 or something like that point check had been done.
The first problem I had was I had to battle them for the “Tank of Gas” promised me.
The second problem I had was that the paid licensing ended up not being paid. I had to go back in to deal with this. They did take care of the problem.
The I started having dashboard warnings coming off and on. Service Engine light, the oil pressure idiot gauge peeked to the highest.
I tried to get them to service it they said there would be a charge for the services. They don’t even offer a discount as a customer.
But all the while when going in for the issues, the salesman would also ask me if I was ready to get my wife her car.
Unfortunately I fell for it and allowed them to “try” to sell me my second car in hope this would get them to take care of my Nissan Exterra’s problems.
Not only did they send my credit info to MANY BANKS and it was rejected and hurt my credit but they blew me off on any kind of help on my Nissan Exterra.
Mind you my Nissan Exterra is my only means of transportation and is also my work vehicle and sole mean of my families lively hood.
When I had the vehicle serviced at 3000k as I do with all my vehicles they found my transmission levels low. I had them add transmission treatment and oil.
The next day on my trip working my vehicle overheated and what looked like “Pinkish milkshake” coming out as it was overheating.
After two tow’s to mechanic shops and major stress and time I found out that the radiator core is bad and transmission fluid is entering the radiator.
There is NOW WAY all these problems was not known by this Nissan Dealership. BEWARE of all used cars there and any promises made GET THEM ON PAPER! And even then I would not believe it.
