Are your non stop commercials to sell cars or Amy!! They sure are not selling cars, please tell her to get over herself and stop crowding the evening on CBS please!
Do a suvey and prove me right, the ads are very annoying.
Rogers had to be the worst experience I have ever been through in the Car business. At first the were to fix my battery which i thought was covered under my Bumper to Bumper warranty. They fixed my batery all right……….and also my Dashboard lights went out along with turn signals and my automatic doors no longer worked either.
I took the car back to Rogers demanding that the problems be fixed! I doubt they will all be resolved.
I would not advice anyone to go to Rogers if they need anything fixed in any timely manner. Being a Medical Professional and having 3 kids that I drive around daily that endangered me and my children is not acceptable after they were supposed to have been fixed.
People have told me for years Amy Rogers and her staff were nothing but Crooks and now I am really starting to feel they were right.
I highly recommend buying from Rogers Kia. I was very impressed by everyone I came into contact with through this dealership. 🙂 Rogers is honest and upfront about any and all charges involved with purchasing a car from them.
I came to the dealership to test drive some cars I had seen online. When I arrived, Michael Beckett was waiting to show me the cars. I ended up not buying any of the cars I originally went to drive. Michael helped me find the perfect car to not only fit my needs, but my budget. 🙂 There was no pressure from anyone at all. Rogers Kia did what their competitors claim: they didn’t just sell me a car—they helped me buy one. The next time I buy a car, it will definitely be from Michael at Rogers. I have already recommended this dealership to several friends. 😉
I have been to several dealerships looking for a car. Many of them used high pressure, bullying tactics trying to push me into buying a car I didn’t want. 😮 At Paramount Kia in Asheville, the sales person and sales manager both actually lied to me (I guess they didn’t think I would find out) and refused to tell me what fees they were charging me for, totaling nearly $1000. 😡
I was so disgusted with my experience, that I drove 86 miles one-way to Rogers Kia. I am happy that I did, and would gladly do it again.:D It was well worth the drive.
