My Red Bank Volvo reviewI’ve been a customer of Red Bank Volvo for over twenty years. They have been even more accommodating since their move to their new building some years back. You can (without an appointment) drive into the drive through Service area and get a bulb changed, quick fixes done and top off any fluids. They usually only charge you for the bulb or part. You don’t get that at other places. Another great thing is that you will always see the same faces.

My Red Bank Volvo reviewBrought my wagon in for warranty repair. They gave me a loaner which had a terrible smell inside – they said it was the only one they had to offer.
I paid over 50,000 for a car and
When I came to pick up my “repaired” car, I found my door had been scratched and my cell charger was snapped in two.
Not only did they not take any responsibility, I could not even get the name of the mechanic who worked on my car. They also tried to tell me that “part of the warranty repair” is no completely free and tried to charge me $70.
I purchased the car from Red Bank Volvo for a decent price but have had several incidents where more service issues appear shortly after I bring the car to them for repair.
The last time, I went to another dealer for service and have had no issues since.
This is not an honest dealership – stay away.
