My Bert Wolfe Ford Toyota reviewMitch telephoned me in Grafton, WV regarding a new 2011. After numerous telephone calls and negotiations with his sales manager, we reached a tenative agreement. Mitch wanted me to drive to Charleston so he and his manager could view my truck and finalize my deal.
I drove three hours to Charleston and upon arriving in Charleston, Mitch telephoned me and said they just sold the truck to someone else.
At no point was I ever told their was a deal pending with another person. Obviously, I was lied to and it is the classic Bait and Trap scheme. I would advise everyone to avoid a Bert Wolfe Ford, apparently the only way they can sell vehicles is to lie and deceive customers!!!!
