Can’t fix cars then lie about… Had a noise for months.. Finally said it’s the transmission. They put in a whole new trans.. Go get the car, start it, noise is clearly still there. Never even leave the lot go back in and am told Oh..we thought we heard it this morning it’s probably the steering pump! Now car is days out of warranty they want $1,000 to fix it they said…. Called Infiniti corporate, rep calls back few days later they won’t fix it either, rep himself said he doesn’t believe it… Car had only 32,000 miles.. Don’t buy Infiniti especially not at this dealership……
Wanted a price on a M56X. Was told they would gt back to me with a price and color selection. Also stated that they had the cars in stock. After a week I didn’t hear back so I called. They seemed confused and said they didn’t know why someone didn’t call back. They put me on hold and made me wait a long time. When she came back on phone she told me they didn’t have any M56X cars in stock. I asked why I was told that she didn’t know. I asked for a manager to call me back but of course that never happened. I really don’t know how these dopes stay in business. Also it is much less expensive to get financing through your band.
Went into Ramsey Infiniti with the intention of just looking, ended up purchasing a QX from Anthony, combination of low pressure along with Infiniti having the right product. Came in and was greeted by JD the sales manager, also dealt with Alex in finance.
Would recommend anyone looking for an Infiniti.
leased a g37x 2013 from ramsey infiniti last week it was a pleasure dealing with the guys there, Willy was my sales person he was a real nice guy also JD the sales manager was very helpfull it was just a pleasure to finally deal with poeple you can trust i will send my friends and falily over there thank you ramsey
New FX 35 and I hit a deer. Nightmare with outside body shop. They would not let my insurance adjusted see car. When I had the car towed from body shop, it had been vandalized by Frank’s Auto Body in Hillburn. Frank’s cut two wires and carefull stuffed them back into wire harnes. They knew what they were doing ass it took 8 hoours for new body shop to find. Since Ramsey Infiniti serviced car before sending it to Frank’s, there is no question as to where this vandalism occurred. Ramsey infiniti refuses to look into this.

Had brakeservice done and had a phone discussion with Chris Fontenot regarding the 10%coupon available online. He agreed to apply it, but mistakenly did not as thecoupon was not presented in person. After numerous calls to both him and hismanager regarding crediting my credit card for the $35.00 overcharge, wefinally received a call back a few days later. It was Chris Fontenot sayingthat he discussed it with his boss and they would rather loose our businessthan refund us $35.00. OK, so be it. If you like dealing with companies thatsell $35,000-$60,000 products and then don’t even maintain their own promisesfor nominal amounts of money, don’t say you weren’t warned. I will take mybusiness elsewhere, and strongly suggest you do, too. Loosing customers over $35.00? Pathetic. With so many good companies lining up to EARN yourbusiness, why would you bother dealing with a car dealer who doesn’t understandthe most basic principle in business: THE CUSTOMER COMES FIRST!
On top of that, one of the services that was requestedwasn’t even done! Looks like I’ll be visiting Infiniti of Englewood or FetteInfiniti from now on…
I walked in and was introduced to Freddy. I wanted a G37 but didnt know weather to lease or buy. He took thetime to go over the car and the options. He also took the time to explain the differance between leasing and buying and we did what worked out best for me. He was amazing his knowledge of the product and the inner workings of the numbers was impressive. The staff in itself was friendly and helpful. The only negative aspect was in the business office. I was introduced to Dominic Hughes. He was a fast talking liar. He tried telling me that my credit wasnt good enough and my lease payment was going up. That was untrue cause i had a score in the 700s. I put him in his place signed my paperwork and left. yet andstill i love the place.
