In April i took my car in for an oil change. Last week i noticed a large puddle of oil under my car! It was on a Sunday so I couldnt call them. After about an hour i was able to pinpoint the problem and correct it. They had not tightened the oil filter and it had been leaking slowly for some time as the under carrige had oil spray all over. Most was a aught in the plastic splash shield. I could spin the filter by hand! I later phoned them to report the problem on Tuesday and the guy whose name i do not remember told me they were having trouble with this brand or batch of filters?? I told him that i needed to schedule for some recall work anyway but wanted the filter rechecked. So today at 9am ( my appointment) i dropped the car off and asked Cliff if there was going to be cost involved? He didnt know and asked the guy who i had spoke to on the phone and he wanted me to pay for labor!!?? I told him forget it and I would change the filter myself! He then said no, they would cover it all? He also said he would call when my car was ready. I never received that call and just went in @ 345pm to find my car had been done since lunch?? The recall work still is not complete as they have to order some parts? I was told i will be called when they come in? Once this work is complete i will be driving my car to Colorado Springs for any further service work. Very diapointed as i try and keep my money local…..thats why i purchased from Pueblo Dodge.
Sent several email with no responce asked for appraisal against one of their vehicles from thier site no answer. Bought a veicle several yesr ago then good now go elsewhere if you are interested in buying a vehicle. The owner need to fire them all I have been trying to buy a vehicle for 2 weeks from them.
Andrew did a phenomenal job dealing with me. It is not the first time me or my family has done business with him and he is awesome. About a month ago I wrecked my motorcycle (not at fault) and was going to owe about a thousand to the bank. Before buying the vehicle I told Andrew about this and he agreed to knock off 1000 off the price of my 2011 Caliber and give it to me as cash back to pay off the bike. So I financed the car for about 1200 under sticker price and also got 1000 back so I got the vehicle for less than sticker still. He refinanced my SRT-4 that I had bought from him in 2009 and made my payments cheaper and got the interest rate way down. He also got me the best deal in the Caliber for my money. I have it loaded. The finance department couldnt get a response back from USAA for my loan but did go through GMAC. I had an awesome interest rate (3.81%) and I am only 20 years old with no cash down or trade in. Andrew and the finance department did awesome with me and I will be coming back and recommending this dealership but rather one salesman in particular, Andrew. IF you buy a Dodge, talk to Andrew. He’s always going to help you out.
