My Proctor Honda reviewManager chuck browning has refused to honor warranty service despite multiple complaints against him opened up with Honda corporate and the BBB. He dismisses all responsibility and after 70 days our car is still not fixed. Had to secure a lawyer to continue to attempt to obtain routine warranty service on a car that’s a 2015! He has gone further by disparaging us online by posting false comments on events that allegedly occurred. Not to be trusted.
