I have been doing business with Priority Toyota for at least a year and a half now ever sense we purchased a Toyota Seana there . The customer service has been marginal at best. I believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt. Unfourtunaly I am trapped into having to do business with them for the life of my vehicle for free oil and filter change. Sad that this service is not transferable to First team or anything closer to Portsmouth where I live. The rep was less then forthcoming with any helpful or useful information. Go figure.. Isn’t enough to pay 35 grand for a car at this institution and be treated like an expendable commodity.. I am a veteran and a patriot. I used to be proud about our fellow country men that I spent 20 years fighting for, but I question todays patriotism it makes me sad that there are people out there that are so arrogant and are in the customer service field. I know as a sailor/solder it should be an extension of the world and people around you. I guess I will always be a dreamer.
I went there to do the state inspection ( wich is free when you buy the vehicle there) I bought the car in 2007 and this is the first time that I have this kind of problem. I did not passed the state inspection I need to buy two tires and new brakes. Mr. Glenn Bozeman got mad when I told him to give my car back and he start been rude and unrespectfull to me. When I got there they told me the the waiting time was 1:20, but it passed 2 hours and I did not received my car back. I went to his desk and my keys and my papers where there and he did not call my name so I can go. I went to his desk and he was in the phone and I interrupt him to tell him: ” please give me my keys so I can go”. He told me really laud that he was in the phone when he finish with that person ,he will, because that person was first. I told him excuse me I am first because I’m here before I was here at 8:30 am and is 11:00 and I still here and he was very laud and rude and he told me I don’t have time to argument with you and he ignore me. I start to cried and I ask for a supervisor, but I did not received his or her name. I went there next day with evrything done saving more than a half amount of money withe same brands. I was waiting to received an apology from Mr. Glenn Bozeman, but he did not. When I said I did not want him to take care of me he laugh sarcastically, like I don’t care, but while care because I’m a client. So if you go to Priority do not go with the Green team, because is Mr. Bozeman team. Have a good day!!!
Mr Bozeman is an very unproffessional . They tried to sell my wife new tires on a Highlander with 8000 miles on it . We went back for an oil change and an inspection . We were rejected for a nail in the tire . The nail was on the inside sidewall ,mmmm how did that get there ?
Remember nothing is FREE , you people the ” Priorities for Life ” will pay for it .
Mr Bozeman told my sisiter in law that her motor was gunking with oil deposits . She asked him what would cause that ? He said not changing , she replied Priority changes my oil .
You can go to any Toyota dealership for warranty work . I will change my own oil and pay for inspections form now on .
Thanks!!! I think I will do the same!!!
I had a tire pressure warning light come one. I took it in they said a tire was low. It came on again, two days later. I took it back. I was told the valve stem was loose. They were the last ones to mess with it. It came on again the next day. I went straight to the manger PAUL HOLBERT and ask to have the problem resolved, that i was beyond unimpressed with the service. He had his top man get on it! I had a nail in one tire and a hole in the side wall on the other ( the side wall being a major safety issue.) It took 3 trips in to figure this out. They wanted $29 to fix the nail and $239 to replace the tire with the side wall damage. The car has 11,000 miles on it. This was on a Saterday. I picked the car up after hours declining there fix. I took it to sears and they patched the tire for free. I returned to talk to Paul Holbert on wednesday to discuss replacing the tire. He told me if I had bought a tire from them they would honor the factory warranty. I told him that I bought 4 of them for $30,000 and I got a free highlander with them. He said he wouldnt honor the factory warranty. I asked him what about the time I have invested just comming in repeatedly in the first place to figure out what the orignal problem was and to come to a mutual aggreement and he basically said tuff. Priority toyota where the add says “WE PUT YOU FIRST.” Thats my experience please feel free to draw your own conclusions.
purchaced a used toyota avalon for my daughter, had the car 2 months and the locks all failed ($580 to fix) then the car stalled out at a light and required the radiator to be replaced, another $350. Then she went in for a routine oil change and was told that the radiator again needed replacing and by the way here are another $1200 worth of repairs that also need to be done. Stay far away from this place!!!

My husband and I began our search last night for the perfect car for our teenage daughter. We went to Priority Totota to look at a car that we had seen online. I made the mistake of not realizing the car was at a different Priority dealership. The saleman that we spoke to, Adam Byrd was magnificent! He apologized for ME making the mistake and offered to show us another car on the lot after we told him exactly what we were looking for. The car was perfect!!! It was more than what we had in mind but after hearing about the cars features, mainly safety features and test driving it we knew it was the car we wanted. Never once did I feel pressured by Adam. He was very warm and friendly and he listened to us. We told him exactly what we could afford on the monthly payments and he made it happen within a matter of minutes. As we were waiting on the financing to be finalized didfferent employess came up and talked to us. It was a family feel business. When we went back to sign to papers and sit with the finance man I just knew something would go wrong..payments would be higher than we agreed upon, price of car would be higher, interest rate would be higher, lets face it those thing always happen. It didn’t happen! Everything was exactly what was promised to us.The finance managr GeorgeVineyard was wonderful. He took his time with us and answered all of our questions.
This was by far the best buying experience we’ve ever encountered. We would highly recommend Priority Toyota to all of our friends and family.
Adam you have made a teenage girl estatic! She was so surprised and loves her car. I know it will last her for years to come. Thank you for all you did.
