Bought one year old car four years ago. problem #1 ] after delivery of car, some features that the salesman represented that this car had turned out to be incorrect. Sales manager tried to tell me it was my fault ….. I went by the sticker on the back window and what the salesman told me .. … I found the sales manager to be less than stellar , I also had, and still have, the wrong valet key . Nothing was solved , left feeling disappointment. Problem#2] Many interior parts came loose , Driver side door overhead console, rear view mirror …. in dealers favor, these were fixed….some still came apart again…….Problem #3] after oil change services, the glove compartment was damaged . It is routine for the service department to check the cabin air filter which requires removal of the glove box. …..in dealers favor Glove Box was replaced by them twice … Problem # 4] I prepaid for five oil changes , this purchase includes a punch card that goes on your key chain, buying this service gives you a deep discount on oil changes . Unfortunately , after using three , my car was declined because my card shows wear. Regardless of wear, the card has two unpunched areas and I am owed two oil changes for which I already paid the dealership. Problem #5 ] The car had some issues that were not on the car fax report, it took three years before these were discovered and brought to my attention by a NON-SUBARU tire dealership. My car wears out tires very fast !
Came in to buy a car after getting an internet quote and an e-mail from the “Customer Care” person telling me that they had a car in stock with my exact specifications.
When I arrived at the dealership, I was assigned a salesperson named Jay. Jay said that he got the keys to the car and would pull it around for me to look at and test drive. After about 15 minutes of waiting, I went outside and found Jay walking around the parking lot. He told me that he couldn’t find the car, and that it had probably been sold or transferred, but he’d check across the street at their extra inventory lot. About 5 minutes later, he shows up with a different car that had more options and was more expensive.
Next, he put me in touch with a sales manager who said that he could get another car, but would need a guarantee from me that I’d buy it when it arrived the following day. He got upset when I told him that I wouldn’t give him any guarantees, and gave me a lecture about how difficult it is to have to buy cars and have them on the lot without guaranteed sales!
Bottom line: Total BAIT AND SWITCH tactic. Oldest game in the book and ILLEGAL! Do not buy from this dealership.
What a refreshing experience. My car, which is not a subaru, needed a repair to my muffler system. I was anticipating the mechanic to find a list of things wrong, since the car is on it’s last legs. But, understanding my limited finances and the immediate repair needs, the recommendation was a proper yet quick fix. It was easily explained to me and was repaired in record time. I could not have been more pleased. This was really special and proffesional customer service, leaving me thinking..when I’m ready for a new car purchase, that is where I will go. And…they washed my car!!! Carmela from Banford
Purchased a 2010 Subaru Outback Limited from Premier Subaru. 🙂 I did this after sending out internet quotes for a bunch of Subaru dealers around where I live. Premier got back to me fast. They seemed to be pretty honest in their email. I ended up making an appointment and went in. Brian greeted me and helped me find the Outback I was looking for. I went to two other dealers close to this one to look at an Outback. One of the other dealers didnt bother to help me at all. Can you imagine? It is a recession out there and the other dealer didn’t even greet me when I went onto their showroom floor. I saw a couple of salespeople that were playing on the computer or something. The last dealer I went to asked me if I went to Premier Subaru. I told him I did and he kind of freaked out about them saying he didnt know how they could sell their cars so cheap. So, I bought at Premier Subaru. I have about 4500 miles on my car now and I love the Outback. I took it to the Premeir service department for an oil change that they were great too. I would totally recommend this place.:) 🙂
I must of pressed the wrong button. I definately recommend this dealership!!!
Premier Subaru gave me a great deal on my new Forester. I felt that the salespeople were knowledgeable and went out of your way to take care of you. Even when a problem occurred, the team made certain everything was resolved in a timely manner. Thanks again! 🙂
Do NOT buy a used car from this dealership. They triy to sell you a vehicle, but lie the entire time. They do not know anything about the vehicles…They will sell the vehicle from right under your feet. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME
