BAD, VERY BAD. NEVER GOING BACK. READ MY ENTIRE REVIEW..Most every positive review on every website concerning Randall Reed car dealerships are written by his employees. It does not matter which Randall Reed dealership you go to, they are all run under the same rules…..to lie, cheat and trick you to extract the most money they can. The dealer now writes a reply to my review like they are really concerned that I was not satisfied with the bad treatment I got at their business…….LOL what a joke. If they were so worried about my bad experience, why didn’t they get rid of their bad, lying salesmen, and change their methods….they have not and are doing the same lying, cheating and tricking in July 2012. My neighbor told me that the SAME salesman that tricked me, did that same thing to him in early 2010. This is the way they have been functioning for YEARS and my neighbors all sit around and tell the same sad stories every time Planet Ford in Humble is brought up.. They just don’t get it…….they think trying to trick customers into spending money for things that are nothing but pure profit for them is the way it should be and they were TRAINED to do their business this way. The Randall Reed $10000 Guarantee is just a lie. Several of my neighbors have taken in competitor’s ads and they will not match them….nor do they get the so called $10000 money. I doubt that they have ever even considered keeping their word and honoring that guarantee. They just keep adding on charges and wasting time until the customer finally gives up. TRUST ME DO NOT SHOP THERE…….. Why are there so many one line good reviews? Is it possible that the employees are writing the positive reviews? I believe the employees have been told to bury the real bad reviews by writing lots of fake good reviews. All other review websites have poor ratings for Planet Ford. The Better Business Bureau is loaded with their problems. They are playing games and tricking customers. My experience was horrible. They tried to add on things to my contract without my knowledge. They tried to add on a thing call the “Customer Benefits Package”. This was nothing more than another way for them to extract money from me. You get NOTHING but a $6 oil change for the price of the Customer Benefits Package, which in my case was $475!! Trust me, you are gonna take a beating at this place. Just when you think you have a deal when talking to their salesman, then the real money losing starts with the finance manager. I walked. BEWARE, it’s gonna cost you a lot more in price and financing………..save time and money…….look elsewhere……I would NEVER GO BACK THERE for fear of getting cheated, you cannot trust these people….
worst experience buying a vehicle & i’m 48 & have purchased several. i totally regret buying from them. the GSM (Aaron Smith) is cold, rude & doesn’t do anything to help customers. the run-around is all they know. it took me 2 months to get an owner’s manual & only after contacting the owner. & this is just 1 of the problems. i felt like i was shoved out the door as soon as i signed papers. sales jerk didn’t go over 1 damn thing about the car. i left w/only ONE key, NO DOOR CODE & the make ready sucked!!!!! car was still very dirty. i will tell every1 i know about my experience & hope that i can keep them from this crappy dealership! i was lied to the very 1st time i called about the car i was interested in. i asked if it had a sunroof & the b**ch said yes just to get me in & it didn’t. the only reason i bought the car there is that 2011’s (purchased in oct.2011) were getting hard to find. lesson learned….GO TO BILL FICK @ HENSON IN MADISONVILLE. believe me, he ROCKS!!!
