I had to get my power steering fixed. They told me it would be a 3 hour wait but I waited 5 and a half. 2 weeks later my power steering started to act up again. So I took it back to find out the part they replaced was faulty. Then, they couldn’t fix it then and there so I had to come BACK for another 4 hours. When I walked in the last time I waited 45 mins before I was even seen and all I had to do was sign a paper. I waited 45 mins to sign a freaking paper. This places sucks and ill be taking my business elsewhere.
Maddie, thank you for reaching out to us. We’re very sorry to hear about this experience, and would like to apologize for the long wait you experienced. We had seen the ads for the Optima and were very interested in finding out more about them. I sent an online inquiry to them and within a couple of minutes, Tim called to see what he could do to help us. His prompt response impress us. Long story short, we made an appointment and Tim showed us the Optima and all of the options and packages that were available. At no time did we feel pressured. He and the finance manager, Gary could not have been better. I have since sent a co-worker to Tim and he had a similar experience. We love our car and thanks again Tim.
Thank you so much for your excellent review. It’s wonderful that your experience with Tim and the rest of the team could be so enjoyable. On behalf of the entire team, thank you for your business and we wish you all the best with your new Optima! Please find us on Facebook and Twitter to gain exclusive access to our service coupons and more.

I saw their ad on WLOS for a New Rio for $8995.00. I called the dealership and spoke to Nelson Langley fully expecting to get the run around and tap dancing on price that I had experienced with a dealership in SC. When I came into the dealership, the salesman was very easy to deal with and showed me everything I needed to know about the Rio. It is exactly what I needed to do my 45 mile commute. Thanks Nelson, I will be sending everyone I can to Paramount.
Our Experience with paramount Kia of Asheville was a good one. We traveled from out of state just to purchase our new Kia Forte Koupe from them. My mother , Father and step brother had all purchased cars from Paramount and were well pleased. Our salesperson was very friendly and was not “pushy” at all! He was very helpful with answering our questions. They were helpful in working out the finance part as well. They gave us virtually a NO Pressure sale…well, except for offering a RED Koupe to my husband…who is way too old for a *Chick* colored car…haha. We traded our Orange Ion3 coupe for a Copper Kia Forte’ koupe and we love it. We get looks everywhere we go and Have even had people stop us to chat about our Kia Experience and to check out the leather heated seats! Would I recommend Paramount Kia of Asheville?~~~ simply…YES.
😉
We bought our car from the KIA dealership located at the Blue Ridge Mall.
So went to the lot today to buy two used cars. First not one salesman came out so had to go in and find someone to help me. Next I tell the salesman which two vechicals I am ready to purchase one wouldnt even start. So they tell us to test drive one why they see what is wrong with the other one. Get back to the lot and the Sales Manger Aaron sold the car right out from under us. Then he comes out to talk to us and tell us “Its like if you looking in a clothing store and someone picks up a shirt before you do. Are you kidding me last time I checked Cars were in no way comparable to a shirt. Then he tells us how he is trying to help us but since we are not nice people he is not even going to try. Well ended up leaving going down the street to Ford and buying two brand new cars. Way to go Aaron for being such a jerk. Will never go there again but now have no need to.
I had check engine light come on at 50,000 miles. I didn’t notice any problems, they said we will put in a new transmission. They make money from KIA for doing the work. Come to find out it was a rebuilt tranny and that is all they put in. 1000 miles later, it broke down on me and I had to push the car out of the road and get it towed in. They put anothe transmission in (rebuilt) can and got it, drove it one mile and it broke down. They didn’t even test drive it after fixing it so I waisted my time and had to get a ride their and back. So they orderd another rebuilt transmission since they put all they had in the shop in my car. Almost a month without my car I have it bake with the 4th tranny counting th orginal that came with the car and only have 50,000 miles on it. And to make matter even worse on the sheets explain it they would write tickets saying it only took 2 day to fix it. They had my car almost a month, but they do the date stuff to make their records look good. Crappy car, crappy parts, and crappy people.
I went to look at a car on their lot I had found on-line, and I didn’t buy that day because my wife and I wanted to talk it over and I wanted to do some research to find out how much the car was worth. They called me the next day and said “We have some bad news, that car you were looking at is about to go back to auction within a couple days if it didn’t sale”. (figured this was a common sales pitch). So I told them what I was willing to pay for that particular vehicle and the salesman told me he’d ask his manager (yadi yadi yadi-you know how it goes) and that he’d call me back. I waited a week and he never bothered to call or let me know what the deal was. So I contacted them again and they told me my bid was too low, and they weren’t willing to negotiate..”maybe a couple hundred”. I said thats fine, go ahead and send it to auction (since it should have already gone 4 or 5 days ago). 2 weeks later I got on-line to look around again and the car was still sitting there. I felt lied to just to get a quick sale. The salesman was nice, but was willing to lie to sale and I won’t do buisness with people of that character. If they lie once, what will keep them from doing it during the deal or later down the road?
Car was taken to Paramount Kia to get sagging head liner repaired. I seriously thought repair would be performed correctly after service technician berated and totally blew off the repair previously done in Jacksonville, FL. The technician who was responsible for the repair was a braggart. Said he could repair the problem in one day. The repair took four. Paramount Kia refused to pay for the car rental bill of four days, did not appologize for the added time taken to repair the problem and went so far as too tell my wife and I to go somewhere else for our repairs if we weren’t satisfied. Well, we were not. The so called repair lasted for two weeks. We again have a sagging headliner. By the way, their parts are outrageously expensive. A hub cap for my 2007 Kia Spectra was quoted for $88.00 with them. Went to the internet and found the same hubcap on hub cap haven.com for $30.00. Do not do business with these crooks. They do not warrant their repairs!
