I wanted to lease a car and I had driven quite a few and thought I had found the one I wanted….until I walked into Northeast Acura to test drive the 2013 ILX. I was met by very friendly sales staff and actually test drove the ILX twice because I was so impressed with it. John, my sales person, was so kind and patient. Since this was my first lease, I had a lot of questions. John went way above and beyond to make sure I had the info I needed to make a decision. Needless to say, I am now the proud owner of an ILX! I am so very happy that I decided to stop and drive an Acura!
Not only were they low key in their sales approach, they have been spectacular in the service they have offered since purchase. I rate them Excellent in every area.
From the owner down to the technicians I could not be happier with my choice to own an Acura vehicle. I am only on my 2nd one with 10.5 years of ownership but both cars have been dreams to own and drive. I traded in my 1st one – something I had not done in 27 years – when they offered me a extremely fair value, saving me the hassle of selling on my own.
My husband did not purchase an MDX when he bought his SUV but this was not NORTHEAST ACURA’s fault.. the design of the SUV did not meet his specific needs. Perhaps in the future!!1

Overall Excellent
We are long time customers. Our first contact with NEA was when we bought a used 1985 Nissan Maxima wagon (1988), which we traded in on a 1989 Mercury Sable wagon. Our first Acura was a 1998 2.5 TL. The rest is history. We are on Acura #5 now. Our current 2012 TL (who needs an overpriced BMW, Audi, etc) and our beloved 2003 MDX (which we will probably keep forever). The reason we keep coming back to Northeast Acura is because of their excellent sales staff and service department. They are always fair, courteous and caring. They truly know how important their customers are.
I bought a new MDX from Northeast Acura and the experience was impeccable. There was an issue with my vehicle upon delivery that was unforeseeable by the dealer. Brendan Talar and Jason Mueller stepped up to correct the problem, and offered me a loaner in the meantime. This minor inconvenience was more than offset by the excellent customer service which shows this dealer is truly committed to giving their customers a top notch experience. Having bought several cars elsewhere, I can say that northeast Acura is head and shoulders above the rest.
Needed to buy a car asap as my car needed $2000+ in repairs. Brought it right to the dealership, and purchased a 2008 tl right then. As the car needed to be brought up to showroom condition, i was given a loaner car for the next 2 days. Everything about my experience was positive, and I highly recommend the dealership if looking for an acura.
Fenton in the Service Dept. is always helpful in diagnosing when my car needs to be repaired. It is done in fast and at a reasonable cost.
Northeast Acura had been servicing our old MDX, and when it was time to trade it in for a newer model, Jason Mueller was very helpful in working out the deal.

Just got my car repaired – warranty work – treated great by this place. My loaner was newer and had more options than my car. You just have to love this place. Did I mention my car came back clean.
Recently purchased my second new Acura TSX from Northeast Acura. Having driven the first for 8 years, I know that the car is a great product worth repurchasing -reliable, long-lasting quality, holds its resale value, nice upscale touches- but in addition, a repeat sales experience was once again personable, fair, and rewarding. I have purchased several cars from Northeast Acura through Salesman Mark and Sales Manager Jason, and have enjoyed the experience each time. They do not put pressure on you to buy, but rather work with you to make sure you get the car you want and that you are completely satisfied with the choice. I’ve had 5 TL’s, and decided to go to either the RDX or MDX. Mark was great in helping me make this decision…..thank you Mark! (I went with the MDX)
This was my first purchase of the Acura TL. My salesman was very informative and helpful. He was very patient and worked with me on a couple of different models. I live 2hrs north of the dealership and Mark helped us by delivering my new car to me. He spent a long time explaining everything and made sure to answer all my questions before he headed back home. The car is fabulous and I am looking forward to buying my next Acura at Northeast Acura with Mark.

i purchased my vehicle in 2006 new from NE Acura – the experience was great! I wanted a specific color, model and options – they found the car and had it delivered within a couple of days.
Since then I’ve had my car serviced by them on a regular basis. Each and every time they are friendly, honest and make me aware of repairs that may be needed in the near future. I appreciate that type of service.
I would highly recommend NE Acura to anyone in the market for a car or for service. The service is not any more expensive than going to your local mechanic. Try it!
I made my appointment on Thursday afternoon to bring it in Friday afternoon. Inspection, oil change, and a basic checkup. Chris greeted me at the door, did the intake quickly, and let me go off to the lounge. The wireless Internet was not working, and so he let me use a computer at an unused workstation to do the work I needed to do on the Internet. He noted to me that I was going to need new tires in the near future, but that they would pass this inspection. He gave me a printout while the car was still being serviced that gave me options, and when I told him that I use the Tirerack for tires, he asked me what I was going to buy and showed how he could get them for me for less, and then do the installation. When I get back from my trip I am ordering my new tires from Northeast Acura.
Mark Verdile at Northeast Acura was fantastic to work with. From initial visit through test drive through negotiation and purchase, he was courteous and professional the entire time. He followed-up at each stage of the process but never in a pressuring way. When we went to pick up the vehicle, he spent a lot of time with us going over the car and helping to program some of the custom features, so that we would be comfortable in it when we drove it off the lot. I would highly recommend Mark and Northeast Acura to anyone.

I just bought my second used TL and like both the car and the dealer. The service was good on the first car so I was happy to trade it in on a new one.
Mark was great to work with. No pressure to buy, no “this price is good today only” mentality. Will be back for our next Acura.
I visited North East Acura to look for a used car. I actually found two that were of interest. One was more expensive than the other. I tried to discuss finance options with there financial person (forgot his name) to figure out roughly what the difference in payments would be. He was of no help and would not give me a straight answer. As a matter of fact he was a bit of a smart ass, commenting that the payments depended on your credit which would range from 3% to 21%. instead of discussing what my credit might be and giving me an approximate payment for each vehicle I was interested in. I actually got so frustrated i hung up on him and did not want to purchase a car there. My wife and daughter however did decide they wanted an Acura MDX and we financed at 3.75% through Sunmark federal credit union. I arranged it and bought the car from Ron (Nice sales guy) in one day. Overall salesman was good experience overall not great. When I picked up the car the girl wh handled the paperwork was great. Quick, organized and thorough. So I guess as long as you do not use them for financing your car you should have a positive experience!
I have found Northeast Acura to be a wonderful dealership to deal with. I bought my first Acura Legend in 1990 and traded it in in 2002 for a TL, which i still going strong. Acuras are great cars, and the dealership is terrific at servicing as well as selling. I got a good price both time,s and if/when I need a new Acura, I intend to return there to buy it.

I was in need of four new tires for my TSX and Fenton set me up with the best tires for my model! The tires even came with a $75 rebate incentive. I was in and out in a timely manner and very happy with the service I received here, as usual!

This is our fourth Acura and we keep coming back to Acura because of the quality of the cars and the great service we receive from the sales people and service department. This was the first Acura purchased from Northeast Acura and we would recommend them to friends and family.
I don’t usually review places, but Northeast Acura makes you feel so great when you deal with them. They really seem to care if you are happy and taken care of. They are so kind and go out of their way to be sure you are satisfied with your purchase and any service. Have had such a positive feeling each time I have had contact with them. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a car. Feel like the service dept is excellent as well, make you feel like you are a very valued customer.
After driving a BMWX3 for many years, I found myself expecting my third child and needing that THIRD ROW! After searching for several months for a low mileage, pre-owned vehicle from Audi, Lexus, Infiniti, and Toyota, I made the decision to purchase a new 2011 Acura MDX in September 2011. Throughout my initial pre-owned search, my contact at Northeast Acura, RP, kept me informed of all available options…and was great at updating me on upcoming availability including lease turn-ins, etc. When I had trouble committing to a pre-owned option, but knew the Acura MDX was right for my family, the sales and financing team (Jason & Sean) helped immeasurably in making the “deal” as comfortable as possible; including a very generous trade in allowance and a great financing rate. Needless to say I am a very happy Northeast Acura customer and I LOVE my MDX!
Even though I won’t be in the market again for a few years, Northeast will be my first and probably only stop. I am sold on the Acura brand for life, Northeast clearly has made the searching and buying process so much easier than I have experienced before
I purchased a 2012 Acura TL Advance a few weeks ago and I can’t include enough glowing compliments for the “gang” at Northeast Acura. This is my fourth Acura, so needless to say, I’m in love with the product, but it’s also the second Acura I purchased from Northeast. Although I live 70 miles away (with an Acura dealer much closer to my residence), I nevertheless chose to do business with Northeast. And not just once, but twice! I think that says a lot about what I think about their service! It just doesn’t get any better. Thanks, Northeast Acura.
