I would not recommend this dealship to my worse enemy. Calls were never returned. After the sale, the dealership dropped the ball. I was given the runaround. A horrible experience. I bought two cars from this dealership and had a positive relationship. Doug, the salesman, was a fine gentlemen and left the dealership shortly after the sale. I attempted to purchase a roof rail systen, a small item. I was bounced around between John, Sheldon and Pete. I’m going elsewhere for service and never want to hear from anyone associated with the dealership.
Approximately 6 weeks ago I bought a 2013 JX35. I was promised the world if a need should arise for help, questions, etc. This vehicle would not start 3 days ago; a day on which I was hosting a party for 50. Instead of running errands in my new vehicle I was waiting for roadside assistance to show up ( a whole other horror story). It was returned to me the same day and I was told I was out of gas even though the “meter” said 60 miles to Empty. Today, as I went to leave for a funeral; the car did not start. Once again the highly touted SOS system failed. Mr. Peter Markakos, the manager of Infiniti told us he would get back to us in 30 minutes. It’s been 3 1/2 hours, Pete. When are you getting back to us? DO NOT BUY FROM INFINITI OF ARDMORE!
So on march 12th 2010 my sister asked me to come along with her to listen to the horrible tactics used by these service men. It started with a beautiful greeting to find my sister waiting for the past 20 min to speak to someone about a 1200 dollar payment for a car the told her to take home with the intent to purchase. when she returned 5 days later to signed the documents for the car they then told her she needed a co-signer and all this other crap that was not perviously discussed.(shes nieve) but not dishonest.she already gave a 3000 dollar down payment and now they gave her this ridiculous price she was not able to afford as well as her need to find a co-signer. She was also told if she did not by that car she would have to be charged 1200 dollars. When we asked for the documents signed obligating her to this payment they refused to show it. I asked to speak to the finace manager and 3 days later we never even heard a word from him. The sale personel disgust me so much i had to leave. My poor sis could not get her money back so she was suckered into buying a used piece of crap. I walked out but i have full intentions of making everyone aware that beneath the charm theres a whole lot of bull crap. I understand its about the sale but the sneaky deciet is ridiculous. i wish i had a lawyer for this one, after i’m finished my degree maybe ill be able to afford

Avoid Infiniti of Ardmore at all costs! They will say anything to get you to come into the showroom, then lower the offer on your trade, raise the quoted price on the car, and engage in the same tired, antiquated sales tactics that give car salesman a bad name. They have no respect for you or your time.
Undoubtedly the worst car-buying experience of my life.
The same owner also owns Infiniti of West Chester, so go to New Jersey, Delaware, or Willow Grove to buy an Infiniti.
