Last month January 2017 I walked in to look at a Santa Fe. Ended up talking to Kenneth about buying, he was ok, normal sales person. Ended up leaving and coming back with my wife to look at the same vehicle and she really liked it. We actually worked numbers and I liked the price but they were trying to offer me 5% interest but there is no way I was going to take that when I have a great credit score and know I can do better. I told them I was going to get my own loan and left. I got the loan at 2.29 but was really busy at work for a few weeks and this guy Brian ended up calling me back. He actually lowered the price by another $500 over the phone. We ended up going back but when we got there Brian said he never gave me that price, plus the price they had given me for my trade was lower by $2,000. I also had a second trade in that they insulted me by saying I couldn’t get any more than $700 for it. Even if that’s the case what about all the adds saying they will pay $1000 OVER trade in value?! Then they proceeded to say that I must have is understood the price because Brian is a deacon and they believe him over me. When I asked for my car keys so I could leave they sent for them but didn’t even bother to bring my car from the other side of the dealership where they did the appraisal. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. WATCH OUT BECAUSE THEY CARE MORE ABOUT MAKING MONEY THAN THEY DO AVOUT THE CUSTOMER
My wife and I just bought a new Hyundai Accent and could not be happier. Salesman Derek and sales manager Brain worked hard for us. It took a while,( but then we are hard to please) but we all had smiles on our faces when we left. They both were polite, friendly and wanted us to be happy. I have bought new cars before, from other dealers, but this is the first time I really felt good about the deal we got. The did not pressure us at all, and listened to everything we had to say and understood our needs and want’s. They really did go out of there way for us. Something other dealers would not have done! Did they make money? Of course. For those who complain about dealers making money.. If they did not make money they would be out of buisness. But on like other dealers, we did not get “ripped off”. They got me a great deal and I was very satisfied. I left there not feeling that I paid for there “next cruise”. I left feeling very good not just with price. but with a great car, great price and had a great experence. If you are looking for a new car such as a hyundai, See Derek and Brian. I will recammend to every one I know. Thanks a lot for everything!!

Brock Midkiff is the best dealer I have ever delt with!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
save yourself some time and frustration….go to nashville to buy your car. this dealership doesn’t care about consumer service just the abiltiy to make a buck! i wouldn’t buy a piece of bubble gum from them. i purchased a new 08 rx8. after asking about flooding problem regarding the rotary engine in previous year models, the salesperson reassured me that the problem had been corrected…..wrong! 17 months of ownership, 22,000 miles later, my car had to be towed twice for flooding! not exactly what you would expect from a 32,000.00 car, huh? after the first tow, the “unaware” salesperson adviced to rev. up the motor to 2300 rpm before turning it off….”this will take care of the problem”. nope…..it didn’t! if your in the market for a new vehicle, particularly an rx8, whether an 09 or 10 model, address the flooding issue before you purchase and make sure to get it in WRITING! funny, my salesperson developed amnesia when i ask, “exactly who told him the problem had been fixed in the 08 models?” odd, he couldn’t remember!! was he a car salesman or an elected official? they both have a lot in common.:o
The first time Mrs. Paula Jacoby flooded her vehicle it was fully covered under warranty. The second time she flooded the vehicle was her responsibility. After weighing the options, Mrs. Jacoby elected to buy a different vehicle, a Mazda 3. There was no “pressure”, other than her own desire to have a new vehicle. Her salesperson, Gary “Alex” Alexander, has one of the finest reputations in town as evidenced by hundreds of customers that specifically ask for him. In fact, many of Alex’s customers will *only* by from him because of his honesty and fairness to the customer. Mrs. Jacoby should double check her facts. Note that our dealership is unaware of any issues with Mrs. Jacoby’s Mazda3 as she has reported none. We appreciate any and all feedback as we continuously strive to improve the customer experience. Thank you.
nothing irritates me more than for someone to lie! WYATT- JOHNSON’S OWNER obviously can not open his mouth without a “lie” flying out! you need to get your facts straight mr owner. the first time my car was towed mazda paid, the second time mazda also paid….that’s a fact! if your “trustworthy salesperson” hadn’t lied to me about the flooding problem being taken care in the first place, then, there wouldn’tbe any need to write such a complaint. it all boils down to your salepeople doing what ever it takes to make a deal….regardless of who gets hurt. and then you said, “after mrs. jacoby weighed her options she elected to buy a mazda3″. you know as well as i do i was never given other options. why didn’t you offer to replace the car with a 2009 model (your trustworthy saleperson TOLD me that he knew for sure the 2009 and 2010’s didn’t have flooding issues), or why didn’t you offer to fix the problem in the first place, then, i would be happy and wouldn’t owe 6,000.00 dollars on a car that i don”t like. please, allow me to tell potential customers the TRUTH….the truth is -i wasn’t given another option!!!
as for your WONDERFUL, TRUSTWORTH salesperson, could you please tell him i’d like to have my paperwork for the new vehicle i HAD to purchase. one week ago today i purchased the mazda3(feb.4, 2010) and have called your saleperson, your floor manager asking for the papers and still, today feb.11, 2010 i still do not have the paperwork……………..?????? on wednesday feb. 3, 2010 i signed all the paperwork and “your trustworthy, honorable, non-lying salesperson” told me he’d deliever the paperwork to my office the next day feb. 4, 2010. was he abducted by aliens? how do you explain this mr owner?????? my point exactly!!!!:o
