The place is a joke all they do is lie to you the sale manager mike is a pice of shit that tells you what ever you whent to hear. Not sure how thet guy has a job still he rip you off on your trade in and think people are going to put up with it I had to walk out just to get what I was asking for my truck. Put you in a room fall of people so you have no privacy when u r talking to the sale person and they do not tell you what your trade in is till you go singe the paper what a joke mike the sale manager need to find a new job he might be good and washing dishes
Crazy Bad…they will steal your money!
Frank was fantastic. A ton of cars for me to test drive found the one I love them let me take it home midday I recommend Frank and crazy cheap cars to everyone
The dealership is very dishonest I would recommend that you never sign anything without reading everything AND get a copy then not when you pick up the vehicle because they do add things after they state the price you are quoted and add them to your contract. The customer service is horrible once they have your money they use stall tactics to avoid servicing your car until it is past dealer warranty so they can scam the extended warranty (that $2500. add on that only covers repairs if they are done there). I can not begin to tell you all the problems I had with the vehicle I purchased there and the service department never did resolve the problems.
Started the scamming by trying to set us up with a car that was more than what we wanted without telling us. Then when we finally got them to let us test drive the car we came there for (3 some hours later) we decided it was a fit- we were going to give them asking price: 12336. After sitting down with the oh so “charming” manager the price magically went up to over $20,000. They tried to charge us for the “wrong vehicle” three too many times before we walked out deciding we would rather pay much more for the same vehicle than give these people a penny of our money. Have to mention David (sales manager) tried to be super slick about everything by starting off saying he made bonus by how many cars he sold not by the price of the cars (I knew he was full of it right off the bat.) He also tried to “make it personal” by asking where we worked and what not- they definitely pick and choose who they want to scam. If I could give this business zero stars I would
After further reading other reviews I have realized the car they were going to sell us was already sold and they were trying to charge us more than the person who had not picked up the car get and keep their down payment. I despise people and businesses that thrive solely on dishonesty and I pity anyone who chooses to do business with this company.
Originally I came in to buy a car for my youngest daughter to use for work. Kevin Jones and his manager, Jonathan Cassidy made a wonderful deal to put her into exactly what she wanted and needed.
Upon doing that they noticed I was driving a 2012 Fusion. They asked me what I thought of the redesigned Fusion. I told them I had to wait another year, but if they could pay off my 12, and put me in a super clean 2013, at about the same payments, ok. I was confidant they could not do it. But they did and boy was I happy. This dealership really lives up to it’s name.
There was no haggling price or bait and switch. I told them what I wanted and could do, and they simply filled the bill. The general manager oversaw the process so approval was quick and easy. Outside forces such, as loan and insurance were the only delays. The cars were were delivered the same day as purchased.
Absolutely terrible experience…..crooks, scum and thieves…stay away….
Went to the dealership last Friday to look at a car. We took it for test drive and brought it back to the dealer. Salesman says we need to talk to someone else (?) to finish the deal. This “manager” came over and proceeded to add unwanted items to the car bringing this $4900 car to $6600 out-the-door. We were told the starting price was non-negotiable being the “lowest in the area”. But then the adders….glass etching (theft deterrence), rustproofing and $90 gasoline charge that (he says) would allow “at least 1/2 to 3/4 tank upon delivery” (!)….amongst other charges, that we had to fight to get rid of. Are you kidding me?….the gasoline charge alone would make for $9/gallon for this car’s small tank !! A Hellish experience.
FINALLY….got most-all of these “extra” things removed ! Gave him a debit card deposit to “hold” the car…saying we’ll be back early next week (hopefully Monday) with the remaining cash from our bank. He had NO PROBLEM with that (verbally).
Then this…..Got a call the following Monday morning from another manager there… just as I was prepared to go and get the car. He is saying the car was sold to someone else on Saturday over the weekend after we bought the car on Friday !!. No mention of “I’m sorry”…..or “it was a mistake”…nothing….EXCEPT…he repeated over-and-over that if I don’t finish the deal within 48 hours, the deal is off and the car is free to be resold….I should have known that because ( he says ) I was warned about that…and that it was on my deposit receipt. I argued to say that on the Friday we bought the car….we said that we said we’d be back Monday with the rest of the cash, and they had no problem with that, at that time. Now…he’s repeating what he said…telling me that I should have read the 48 hr rule that was written on my deposit receipt….. and that I was TOLD about the 48 hr rule too on Friday ( I was NEVER told about it). Basically “too bad”. Regardless…. they sold it within 24 hours of the sale anyway !!,….. let alone 48 hours !!! Breaking their own rules !!! I’m sure they obviously got a sucker buyer on Saturday to pay for all the “extras”..and purposely voided our deal because of that. Still fighting to get my deposit back…..even though EVERY DAY since Monday,….they say they processed a refund on my card. Thank God the card-bank people can make good……
the car dealer did not make good and KEPT THE DEPOSIT….. RUN…DON’T WALK…away from these bunch of crooks, thieves and liars.,
We dealt with probably the same sales guy today and it took forever for them to get us the car we wanted kept trying to push others on us then when we finally got the car we wanted they pulled the same crap with adding on extras almost 8000 more than what we were going to pay… Makes sense after I read this- the car was already sold they were just trying to get us to pay more. The place should be shut down
Some of the aspects deserve a zero star. No credibility at all. Went to some local dealerships in Buffalo and found out that these folks are not upto the mark, I actually ended up buying a Car for a better price and more credibility at my place. Fortunately did not buy anything from here. The salesman tried his best to sell his ‘ Financing Plan’and was more interested in that rather than talking about the car- That was enough for me to understand their intentions(Made some research on their loan scheme and found out it is all a sham , most of the folks who fell for their loan are still nursing a grudge and are crying over being cheated)
Very great group of people. Excellent atmosphere.
Most corrupt car dealership in ny possibly the country they change the purchase price they add all kinds of stuff in the fine print when you catch it they lie about it we pretty much paid 3500$ more for the vehicle with all the useless shit they tack on 500$ for window etching the kit is 25 dollars a useless warranty that covers nothing for 2500$ and then 500$ for a useless coupon book to this dealership I can’t wait until this company is still in buisness but if you contact the NYS DMV ,NYS attorney generals office and the better buisness bureau we can get them shut down
Could you send me those links was gonna buy a car there that was listed for 5950.00 but till all was said and done it would be 7700.00 bucks all the stupid add on crap that wouldn’t even pertain to my area. Thanks
Well I must now recap on my previous comment would remove it but it won’t let me. They called me back about the kia soul and they did drop pretty much all the fees. They did work with me to get the price I needed to see and we just got home with our kia and we are VERY happy with the purchasechase. Thanks to Dave for working with us in order to get the price down. One thing I will say is that if you purchase a car look over the contract to make sure there is not something there you don’t want. If I would like to see anything in improvement in this dealership is just when someone who struggles like my family does with finances be more open and honest about all the add on stuff other then that we really appreciate this dealership for MAKING IT HAPPY FOR US! THANK AGAIN GUYS AND THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE WITH MY FAMILY AND I.
You let these people challenge your intelligence by attempting to ROB you of your money and then you still give them your business? This is what’s wrong with America.
Brian and Phil were very helpful and informative. I would definitely recommend them to everyone!
Professional, friendly, great deals. Feel safe driving away.
These people should be more transparent in their dealings. That is all I have to say.
ignore the 5 start positive reviews. All of them are by the Crazy Cheap Car employees. Crazy Cheap Cars are a thieves in roaming around in the guise of Car Dealers. Jose, Jordan, Steve, Phil, Jason, John- all names mentioned here-these guys are all dupesters- just like their Boss. Go to their dealership once and see how they speak, how they talk and if you are smart enough, you will realize what these people are upto and will be able to see through their lies. We bought a Chevy from them sometime back and I had the most horrid experience- I do not know how someone can cheat and dupe people so easily without any hesitation. I hope this dealership shuts down for one more time- I will be the happiest lady in Batavia
I definitely agree that Crazy Cheap Cars is the lowest of the low. Got a Saturn Ion there and it has been a nightmare with one repair after another. Was way overcharged for this car with all the add ons like warranties that are only good if CCC repairs your car, theft avert so your vehicle can be tracked and lots of other add ons they can’t explain. Worst experience ever because 2 years later I am still having problems. One problem being that whoever changed the fuel throttle pedal in the service department neglected to put all the bolts in. Not only is the dealership a scam but the service department is horrible.I have not heard one thing positive about this dealership. Fact is Mike the owner already had one dealership shut down because of his dishonesty lets hope he again gets shut down for good.
dealers might not be the most honest people in the world. But I can safely state that CCC are the most dishonest, lying and cheating scum present in this Plant. Trust me, these guys are shameless, they ripped me off with the car price. ( that is okay)- but they have not even returned me my security deposit. Here is the story- I provided Phil with a security deposit of $300. He pressurized me to pay the security deposit and said he will return it to me when I purchase the car. When I went to buy the car- I specifically asked PHIL- ‘ are you going to return me my deposit or are you going to make this deposit up in the car costs ( for example if the car costs $7300, will you charge me $7000 since I have already paid you $300 in advance?’ – he said’ no, I will return you your security deposit’ . after the deal was done , he told me’ You will get your security deposit back in 24-48 hours’ It is 1 month now and I am still fighting for it- I have called these people 100 times in the last 1 month- everytime they hangup, put me on hold or hand me over to JOhn ( the biggest jerk and openly racist employee of that redneck dealership) who starts screaming, yelling and hurling abuses on the phone no matter how polite you are- he even called me a ‘ Beggar’- he even told me’ I will not return your deposit to you, I have included that in your car costs- when I have all the receipts that clearly state that I have paid the full amount to CCC plus I have paid them $300 as security deposit- inspite of me having all paper proof of having paid them an extra deposit, phil’s written assurance that he will return me my security deposit. Is there any way I can complaint about these cheaters – they already ripped me with the car- I don’t car about that anymore atleast I want my RIGHtful security deposit back and I have all proofs with me.
SO if phil did not want to return me my deposit, he should have deducted it from the car costs- for example, he should have just charged me $7000, instead of making me pay $7300. he kept on insisting me to pay the full amount saying’ Don’t worry, I will return to you your deposit’ and till date has not kept his word I hope I get my deposit back one day ( fat hopes). Please avoid thee people- they are dangerous- trust me- they are super duper dangerous.
Very pleased with Jordan and Greg’s customer service and response, will do business again!
Mike was great… ill def recommend this dealership to friends and family.
Jose did not pressure me to buy when i first came in. I actually went home and came back the next day. They also gave me a courtesy call.
Customer service was good try to do business on any day but saturday they are crazy busy
I’ll be back, no Bullshit!
Excellent selection! my experience at Crazy cheap cars was really good, I have no complains and I will surely come back to get my next car!
Zach was very friendly and helpful!
Very real experience! Very friendly!
The salesman was very friendly and didn’t “push” us to buy
Jose was awesome!
Despite the long wait, I enjoyed buying from them. John, who helped me with my paperwork was excellent.
Very honest and very patient!
The enviroment was fantastic! Great selection, fantastic prices and the best staff. Can’t say enough for Phil, thanks again!
Good service!
Phil did a great job, I’ve already recommended a co-worker to go work with him for a vehicle.
Really pleased with the service and loan process. These guys are awesome.
Nice selection of vehicles, good pricing and Ron was honest and answered all my questions
I’ve purchased a few cars at this dealership and I can truly said that i’ve never had any problems with the car or with them, the staff is one of the best , they are all friendly and willing to help, Jose did a great job and I was in an out in a few hours.
JP I am not buying this. Your review says a positive thing about almost every point the bad reviews make. This looks like Jose wrote it. Better luck next time Jose. No one would go back to this dealership.
Denny is a great salesman, very honest and corteous.
A lot of cars for a good price.
A lot of hidden fees look out for these the final price is what is important. Ask about the final cost before deciding on any vehicle at this dealership.
Good prices but the buying process could have been faster.
I agree with the buying process takes a long time. I think they do this so you don’t notice the hidden fees until it is too late.
Jordan is a very good salesman. Came in on his day off to make sure I was satisfied with vehicle I was purchasing. Give him a raise.
Looks more like Jordan wrote this on his day off. Look out for hidden fees.
LOL. too funny
He answered all my questions
He was very welcoming and helpful! congrats on the baby!
Very honest, took time with us! worked around our schedule as we both work crazy hours, he did all the work for us!
Another fake review. Must be a slow day because of the rain.
This dealership is very dishonest a bunch of criminals the change prices add a whole bunch of shit in there after they keep you there for hrs so you are in a sign away mood and then you finally read the paper work more closely and there’s like a $500 charge on there for vin etching when you can buy the kit for 25$ there’s a charge in there for a coupon book to there dealership only for like another 500$ the add a junk warranty you didn’t want in there for like $2500 I have never seen so much paper work they keep going back and forth adding shit changing prices you end up walking out paying thousands more then your agreed price the price just keeps getting higher everytime the go talk to someone real crooks
Wow, i woulda blew a gasket and walked out after $1000 over the listed price. Looks like you paid 2k or more over their price. Why, if i may ask, did you buy the car? they wear you down? i’m looking at their ford fusions.. best prices hands down on the net. But they’re 300 miles away, thats 6 hours i dont want to risk unless their a top notch outfit. As a FYI. on cars.com you’ll notice their positive reviews are short and sent in bunches. Like 5 on may 32rd, then nothing till may 13th, which another 7 pop up. Clearly an owner / employee is stacking the deck to skew the ratings. Sleazy business.
Paul I would not waste your time. My son and I drove about half that distance to buy a car. You need to figure added costs of $399 for VIN etching, $75 for fuel surcharge (don’t expect any fuel in your tank for your money), then there is a delivery fee and a whole lot of paperwork fees. All totaled it was well over $500 added on to the purchase price.
It’s my fault to they played me I had my 2 yr old with me and they kept playing with me jerked me around for 4 hrs they kept going back and fourth with paper work and my daughter was getting into everything I did read everything the first time some thing had to be redone a few Times I had the sales man telling me this is what you just signed so I was in a sign and drive mode well they slipped a whole bunch in there he told me I had to buy the warranty to be financed i didnt have the best credit I new that wasnt the case so I recorded him telling me that and new I would get that money back and i still had the title for my trade So I got home with the truck and later that night I was reading the paperwork and everything was different the price of the vehicle changed I asked about that there and th ey told me it was something about the trade and taxes ehich it wasn’t all said and done they got and extra almost $4000 out of me I called back the next day to get it straightened out I was hung up on numerous times finally I just drove back there demanded out of the deal wanted my vehicle back they told me it was sold already after 1 day they jerked me around finally I contacted the ags office DMV I finally got my money back but they tried to put it all on me I had to sign a contract saying I wasn’t going to follow through with any of the complaints I had open never again they have the best prices because they are still going to find away to weasel $ 2-3000in there total
Wow, that’s incredible. I can’t believe they changed the price on you and didnt tell you the new price. What a bunch of scum bags. I’ve since spent hours and days on end researching 1/2 way decent sealers / auto outlets.
The only one i could find is Yonkers Auto mall. They charge $900 for dealer prep. no other hidden fees. Their review history is pretty good.. most complaints are dirty cars, not honoring free oil changes. etc. And they said they would allow the car to be check by an outside mechanic as long as i left them a copy of my license, fair enough. Anyway, this was all over the phone, so who knows whats the deal in person. I’m so burnt out and disillusioned i feel i’m gonna argue and call the next car salesmen i see a liar. lol. I did laugh at your “my 2 year old getting into everything”. lol. Good luck.!
Jordan was friendly and energetic. A pleasure to meet.
I will buy another vehicle here, their service is very good.
Jordan was honest and easy to deal with. Highly recommended!!
Wonderful customer service!
Can’t beat the price!
Can’t beat the advertised price or the after all the fees price?
We were ready to leave but Brien keep hunting until he found what we wanted. Great job!
