My Nels Gunderson Chevrolet reviewA+, 5 stars, 100% positive experience! Bought my 2011 HHR with 10,000 miles from a dealer in Adams, 2 days later there was a horrible belt screeching noise coming from the engine. Took to the nearest Chevy dealer to Thorp which was in Abbotsford. They couldn’t figure anything out, even after calling GM and taking the oil pan off. The next step was to pull the engine, which they couldn’t do till the week after Thanksgiving. I decided to get a second opinion and called up Nels Gunderson and talked Mike Shuttleworth. He got the car in immediately. And before I even got back to Thorp, he called and said my car was all done and ready to go! It was a simple hose that was bent not allowing proper air flow. $0 for parts – and mere 1/2 of time- where the other dealer wanted to rip out the engine!!!! They did amazing work! And have won me as a customer for life! Very experienced group of men! Thank you!!
