My Lexus Store of Lexington reviewOn July 22, 2009 I purchased a new Lexus IS250. I was told by the salesperson that Lexus Financial would proivide financing at 3.9% for 60 months. On July 24, 2009 I discovered that Lexus would have provided financing at 0.9% for 36 months or 2.9% for 60 months.
This matter was corrected once I brought it to their attention, however no reasonable explanation was given for why I was not quoted all apr options. The real reason was to boost their bottom line. I feel I was deceived in this matter and suggest anyone doing business with them be alert as to anything being told by those at Lexus Store of Lexington.
