TOOK MY SEDONA FOR SERVICING THEY TOLD ME MY NEW TIRES WERE LOOKING ROUGH THAT I WOULD NEED TO BE BACK AT THE END OF THE MONTH FOR NEW ONES. WELL I HAD ANOTHER MECHANIC FRIEND LOOK AT THE FRONT OF THE OF THE VAN TO FIND OUT WHY MY NEW TIRES, WERE SURE ENOUGH WEARING OUT FAST… ALL THE CARTER PINS UNDER THE FRONT END WERE REMOVED!!! AND ALL OF THE NUTS & BOLTS HAD BEEN PURPOSELY BEEN LEFT LOOSE!!! THE MECHANIC WAS NOT SHOCKED AT ALL AND SAID IT WAS NOT THE FIRST ONE HE HAD SEEN LIKE THAT. VERY PI**ED OFF!! MY GRANDBABIES ARE ALMOST ALWAYS IN THAT VAN.. AND OF COURSE SINCE I’M A WOMAN THEY SAY THEY WANT TO FIX IT FOR ME. WONDER HOW THEY’RE GOING TO FIX IT FOR ME THIS TIME???
I’M NOT HAPPY WITH THEM AND I HAVE FILED COMPLAINTS WITH THE BBB. WOULD BE REALLY HAPPY IF THEY REFUNDED MY MONEY FOR THE OTHER MECHANIC DOING THEIR JOB AND MY GAS THAT WAS WASTED!!! AND DON’T LIE IN YOUR RESPONSE SAYING YOU’VE TRIED TO HELP ME IN ANY WAY, CAUSE YOU & I KNOW BETTER!!!
Very upset with the service and honesty with this car purchase. Was not given all information about car and when asked other questions was not given clear answers. I am a woman, does that have anything to do with it? I called sales manager three times,was told he was busy and couldn’t take the call.

How dO I get my cell phone number off your automatic calls for service when we don’t even own a KIA and have never been in your store. Each time it happens we return the call and ask to be taken out of your data base..but nothing happens and the calls continue.

Bought a truck from there and carried back there a total of 9 times and many phone calls ,which the sales dept. has never returned my calls.They had over a month to fix vehicle which has never been fixed. Very dissatified and plan to return vehicle.:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:. They have put more miles on the truck than I have. Well if they don’t take the truck back with a full refund , You’ll be seeing me around town driving a Ford F150 truck with writing all over the windows showing my tel.# and my displeasure of my experience of Kia of Greer SC.

YOU DID HAVE SOME ADDITIONAL CONCERNS AND YOU WANTED TO HAVE THEM FIXED AT A REPAIR SHOP OF YOUR CHOICE AND WE AGREED TO PAY THAT REPAIRS BILL OF $650.00 WE ALSO SUPPLIED YOU WITH A RENTAL CAR FOR 3-4 DAYS WHILE YOUR TRUCK WAS BEING FIXED AT YOUR REQUESTED REPAIR SHOP. AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY YOU HAD THE OPTION TO EXCHANGE TRUCK FOR 3 DAYS IF YOU WERE UNHAPPY WITH TRUCK. YOU CHOOSE NOT TO TAKE THAT OPTION. HOWEVER, IF YOUR STILL UNHAPPY WITH THE TRUCK PLEASE BRING IT BY AND WE WILL BE GLAD TO TRADE YOU INTO ANOTHER TRUCK. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR YOUR BUSINESS. Searched in Tennessee, North Carolina and South Carolina. I bought a Kia Sorento and the experience was so easy and pleasant. In fact, I told everyone here at my office in Tennessee and by boss bought a Sorento from Kia of Greer, too!

looked at all the sorentos, salesman said drive this one, after buying I asked were the cargo cover went, he told me it didnt come with one and he would sale me one for $ 250.00, I said “but every one on the lot had one and this had one” he said it was for show and this model didnt have one. Got home couldnt find the wireless door lock switch, called back and asked where it was, they told me this model didnt have them and they would sale me one, all the others had it and the one I purchased was the same price. I am sitting in the service department now 2nd time on same problem. Had an appointment, got here 20 min early, they drove it off, they have come and talked to me 2 times about my sorento telling me how the service is going. After 1hr and 40 min I went outside and saw my vehicle sitting there. Went to service guy to get the keys and he said he didnt have the paperwork, he walked away and I saw him get into my vehicle and drive it into the service shop, then came to me and said they werent finished with it yet. They hadnt even looked at it yet and had been lieing to me the entire time. I will never purchase a vehicle from kia of greer again and I will tell everyone I know not to get one here either.:(
