My Jim Hudson Lexus Augusta reviewPosted, “Fair or Fraudulent Repairs” on 11-23-09. Picked my SUV up today and Alex said problem could have occured during Masterboard installation. Long story short they fixed my car and fairly adjusted the bill. I would recomend Jim Huson Lexus because of Alex’s honesty.

My Jim Hudson Lexus Augusta reviewTook vehicle in 11-12-09, told them of electrical problems. They told me I needed Masterboard on 11-15-09 @1057.00 installed. Picked it up 11-19-09 and informed them on ride home that air from climate control would only blow hot or cold air. They told me to return car, which I did @ 8:00a.m. on the 20th. Despite cell and home # they previously had, they didn’t call. I called them on 23rd and Service Tech. informed me I needed an air-mix servo. They deny that installation of electrical masterboard caused this problem. I find that impossible to beleive, since I never had a problem with heat or air prior to leaving my car at this Dealership. Will pay under protest since I need my car tomorrow to spend Thanksgiving with loved ones.
