We traded our Suburu and bought a 2007Toyota Tundra truck win number from you on October 17, 2009 at which time we purchased a CostGuard Vehicle Service Contract (CG50 124236) for $1861.00. We were informed that the plan was honored by all dealerships. We particularly enquired if Toyota would honor the plan and were assured that this was the case. On May 3rd the truck was taken to Toyoto for a repair. On May 6, 2010 we came to Subaru to cancel the CostGuard plan because the Toyota dealership does not honor the plan. We were told that it would take some time , ca. 6 weeks to process and return the amount of the purchase cost of the plan. When the refund was not forthcoming during the ensuing 4 months we called on August 17, 2010 and talked to the financial person at Suburu who said that she was sure that she had processed it and that she would check that it was done.
When nothing happened we called again on October 26, 2010. We attempted to talk to Sam Tsimortos who sold the truck to see who she should speak to since talking to the financial person had not produced any results. He was with a customer so we explained the problem to the receptionist and asked with whom we should talk. The story and her contact information were taken and we were told that someone would call back within a day. No one has called!
We would like you to honor your commitment and return out money!
Atlantic Subaru in Bourne is NOT TO BE TRUSTED. We put a downpayment on an expensive car with huge brand new Pirelli tires on it. When we showed up to finish up the paperwork, they’d swapped the tires out for much smaller, old, worn tires. Unfair and deceptive business practice. Shady.
The saleseperson made promosses that they did not deliver. When contacted after the delivery salesman did not return phone calls. Eventually office manager promissed that she would take care of the issues. She did not. Finally we were told that they are not responsible for anything that is not in writing. This dealership cannot be trusted. Check out other reviews befor dealing with these people. Strongly recommend stay away from this dealership.
