from their post-sales marketing calls 1.5 months ago. Received
another call today. Called to ask why and Fran/Office Mgr said
there was nothing she could do for me. Nothing? Really?! I
make a $30k transaction with you and all you can say is
nothing? No offer to investigate or follow up? No apology for
it continuing? I bet you have one of those worthless
certificates for blindly passing a Chrysler Customer Service
Excellence program hanging on the wall behind you. Evidently I
have to do your job with customer service. Aces! Why don’t I
run your office also. What a crock!
