I have purchased 2 vehicles from Eide so far and have had service done on each of them as well. I feel as though they have treated me with respect and have given me the lowest prices possible. I have been thrilled with the entire experience and will continue to do business with them! 😀
Eide Ford is a great dealership to visit for Sales and Service. They go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy. I have purchased or leased three vehicles during the last five years and I plan to buy another vehicle from them during the next few months. Jesse and the entire crew at Eide Ford have alway treated me fairly. 🙂

After spending considerable time negotiating with two salespeople, coming back to the original advertised price for a vehicle and asking for a couple of needed repairs (obvious repairs that should have been noted in their 45 point inspection–worn brakes, radiator hose leak, leaking struts), the sales manager UPPED the price by more than $500, had no regard for me as a customer or for the business that had taken place between his sales staff and me, and told me he was “uncomfortable” with our conversation (prompted by my question, “how can you raise the price on a vehicle your sales staff and sign list as a lower price?”). Yes, the sign outside still had the old price (“Yeah, we’re going to change that today”). The same sales manager did not return my calls prior to me showing up at the dealership. I think it would be a BIG mistake to take your business to this dealer. The only good thing that came of this is that I did not have to experience this level of poor treatment after shelling out the money for a car.
Just as previous reviewer commented on their “45 point inspection”.I ran into a similar problem at Eide Ford.I had bought a used vehicle from this lot and found that it had an inoperative parking brake(week after the sale).Talk about a major safety concern to a consumer,and their sales manager called it an “as-is” sale without helping to resolve the problem.This guy(sales manager) has a lot of guts running a used sales department in a wreckless manner like that,snubbing off a customer with a safety issue only to lay claim to the “as-is” sale.This isn’t the first or the last time an incident like this will occur until there are some staff adjustments made at this lot.
