Was very interested in a 05 Chrysler Sebring convertible. Told Sheldon I was a cash buyer. Asked for info on the warranty. He sent me info for a new car warranty not a used car warranty. He said the quote for the warranty was $1995 was the same for 1 year or 5 years. Really???? E-mailed Sheldon to call me, no call back. Called the next day with a couple of questions and he said he would get back to me. Sheldon never called back. Called the dealership and talked to Ron. He said he would get right back, he never did. Called Sheldon and got his VM. Got an e-mail 2 hours later now from another salesman Chris Squillo. Got different quote from him and no paperwork about the warranty.
Now I called three more times.I was getting the runaround with all of the salesmen and managers when I asked to speak to the General manager Rob Crane.
Asked the Maria the receptionist to have the owner call me please because Mr. Crane is never around or won’t call me back. 1 minute later Mr. Crane calls back!!!! He is very curt and calls me condesending because I forgot his name during our conversation. Never once opologizing!! Always cutting me off in mid sentence with a rude remark. And all I wanted to do is get information on a car that I wanted to buy.
I’ll see if Mr. Napleton calls back, if not I will right a letter letting him know my dissapointment with the service I got at his dealership!!
Suzy and Sheldon were extremely informative and helpful. They answered all our questions honestly. We inquired information through the website and Sheldon responded immediately with many great options! When we went to the dealer Sheldon handed us over to Suzy who took us on a fun test drive we will never forget, and was more than accommodating for our test driving requests. 🙂 We left feeling extremely satisfied with our purchase. Together Suzy and Sheldon helped us find exactly what we needed and wanted!
