This review is on the follow-up after I bought my car.
I bought a brand new vehicle and paid in full. When I got the registration, it shows that the dealership had a lien on the title. When I called the dealership, they said that they would fix it. Instead, all they did was to sign off on the pink slip and told me to go to DMV myself to clear off the lien. Due to their mistake, I had to go through a lot of hassle and pay DMV additional processing fee to clear the title.
Well first of all let me start off by saying the initial sales rep was very delightful. But we had to leave, to pick up the car we wanted to trade in. And when we came back we spoke to another rep because the initial one was busy. And it all went down hill from there. First of all he spoke poor English, and after i signed the paperwork to run my credit i told him to hold off until we get the OVERALL price down, because i was not satisfied. He got up and came back with the same price and ran my credit :/ I was furious. And at this point I felt obligated but he did not know how to negotiate. He got up came back practically threw our keys on the desk and said “HAVE A NICE DAY”. Meaning he did not like our offer??? On the way out the manager stopped us and started explaining the numbers to us, but at that point I was done. He was a fairly descent man but i couldn’t believe what had just happen, so we left. That very same day i got my car for the price I wanted and so much more, but from the Kia dealership in Pomona..Huge difference 🙂
