I was the one that had my car. Given a wash that i did not like. They made a bad mistake and wet the inside of it. But Mr. Don Woodruff took my care and did more then was expected of him to fix the problem. I will go back and let them do the work on my car. But Mr woodruff is a man of his word. He had his people detail the car inside and out after they put new carpet in and steam clean the seats. I will buy my next vehicle from Anderson Nissan. After all this is the 3rd car i have got from them. Again thank you Mr. Don Woodruff AND your service dept for such a good job well done. I will be back
Thanks again for the opportunity to fix our mistake. We do make mistakes from time to time and when warranted we will always try to do the right thing for our loyal customers.
Sincerely,
Don Woodruff

They had a salesperson there that was honest and truthful. he is now gone. We bought 3 cars from him 2 was from Anderson. the other one the last one was from him at Waynesville Automotive. we were going to buy the 3 one from Anderson but hey serviced our Nissan and ruined it by soaked the inside of it and steal charged $224.00 for the service. Now the car has a bad smell to it.We will never go back there again. They do not care about anything but selling you a car. This car lot will tell you one thing and do right the opposite. Do not believe any thing they tell you. they did call us and said to come in and talk, not to take care of the problem but to talk. 80 miles is a long way to go and just talk. All they wanted to talk about was why we were bad mouthing them. Why do you think. They need to take responsibility for what they do.Quit blaming others for there mishaps.Tommy Wilde
Again, we apologize for the accident that resulted during our complimentary wash of your vehicle. We would love the opportunity to open further dialog with you on this matter but have been specifically requested by you that we attempt no further contact with you. I hope you reconsider.

We have never told you Mr. Woodruff Not to call. We re-guested that your salesman Chuck Simmons not call us and act like someone he is not,(the Customer Relations Manager) when it shows on his business card and on all of your sites that he is a salesman. We have called and asked for you several times, we have been hung up on and every thing else by your business. We DO NOT appreciate this as we have bought our car from you-had it serviced there and ruin there. We would very much like to resolve this issue with Anderson Nissan as we do LOVE our car-but it now has a musty moldy smell and my wife is extremely allergic to mold. We have to get this issue taken care of. We are paying for a car that my wife cannot ride in without getting sick and spending the next 3 days in the bed. This issue needs to be addressed.Thank You.
I would enjoy the opportunity to resolve this issue with you. Please call Mr. Chuck Simmons to schedule an appointment with me. I believe you have his number. I will instruct him on my schedule for the next couple of weeks so we can get together.

At 4:33 pm on 11/5/12 we called to set up the meeting and had to leave a recorded message for Chuck Simmons. Lets see how long this takes to answer. We are looking forward to getting this issue taken care of. Thank You.
