I just bought 4 new tires and have found dry rot cracking close to the rims. I showed this to Dale and he told me no dry rot but it is. He also put the wrong DOT number on the computer so how will I get a recall notice if there is one. He said he has corrected the problem. But I am suppose to have a 30 saisafction gurantee on these tires and I am not satified. it was bad enough my boosters went out on my car leaving me without brakes and now I have bad tires that are suppose to be brand new. I called the owner today and someone had the GM call me and leave a message and I called back and got the runaound. He would not take my call….Richard Sanchez. So I have about 26 more days to battle this out. All I want are 4 news tires that will not fall apart on me as I drive. Oh I forgot to mention I waited for 3 hours for the tires to be put on and then had to go back the next day to correct the DOT number due to Dale’s error and now will have to fight to get 4 new tires and another 3 hour wait. They do not have a courtesy car like most dealerships, nor do they provide meal tickets for resturants, or free bottle water like the dealership I had before swithcing to toyota. What a mistake.
