These guys cut corners and are totally disorganized. Bought a Subaru Certified vehicle from them. Took them almost 2 months to find the certification paperwork, which I requested on the day of delivery and never received. Delivery took 3.5 hours because they messed up the paperwork and forgot to install the accessories I requested. The stickers from the previous owner were still on the bumper. I told Ron that roof paint looked uneven by the sunroof. He said that there must have been a previous scratch that was touched up. Now comes more stuff. All the fluids were low. Even Jifffy Lube remembers to top them off! Five days after I picked up the car, the roof paint started peeling. My salesman Ron tells sorry not covered. I said I would call Subaru. So he gets mad and hangs up on me. No apologies from anyone including Bill the Sales Manager. He said I should not have threatened Ron. I told him that Ron should have said that he would see what he could do. So after sending him the estimate, he sends me a check. While being fixed at a dealership near my home, it was discovered that the vehicle needed new rear brakes, a center vent assembly, a new cup holder, passenger side sun visor clip was broken and scratches that North Coast covered up on the rear bumper with wax were now showing. The Subaru Certification requires that the vehicle have no scratches. Instead of doing the Certification the right way, they chose to cut corners. The Certification was signed off by the Service Manager Bob and Matthew, the tech. The scratches issue is still not resolved.
