I bought a new 2018 Jetta. The day after I bought it, it would not start. They offered to fix it (all under warranty). I asked if I could return it, as I’d only had it for 1 day. They said “no”. I contacted the main Day Auto office and was told the same thing. I tired to reach the owner and was advised that she does not have email (ie, does not want to be bothered by her customers) and was out for a couple weeks. These people do not stand behind their product. Fail!
