These people are real scam artists. Stay away.
The dealership promised that our 2007 Nissan Altima excess mileage would be paid off if we lease a 2010 Nissan Altima. We leased a 2010 Nissan. Then we got a bill from Nissan Finance for the excess mileage on the 2007 Nissan.
To being with I used to be the owner of a 2006 Nissan Altima and I was very pleased with my vehicle that I had purchased at this dealership 3 years ago. I brought my car in for service; an oil change and for them to look at the radio (which no longer played CDs) under warranty to fix it. I approached the man at the service desk and let him know what I needed done to my vehicle and he claimed that they could only do an oil change and did not have time to look at the stereo (I’m assuming this is because it was under warranty and they wouldnt make any money off this service). Sam, the angry man who was at the service desk then checked my car in for only an oil change and promised it would be done by noon. By 1, I was getting very irritated and annoyed because my vehicle was not ready by the time that Same had promised. I continued to wait in the lounge when finally around 1:30 Sam came over to me and said that my car was ready but there was some sort of leak/ issue with my car. I am no car expert so I asked him what exactly the problem entailed and he told me “Ask your dad when you get home.” This remark outraged me because he is supposed to be a service technician and he couldnt even explain the issue to me. I asked him one more time and he simply gave me the same response. I walked out to get my vehicle and drive home and there was a handful of car salesmen puppy guarding my car and stopped me before I could leave. They wanted to show me some of the new cars they had in stock and I agreed, as long as they were only SHOWING me. Ed, the salesman who helped me was very pushy and forced me to test drive a vehicle after I had claimed that it made me very uncomfortable. He then continued to be pushy and demanding and not even care about the time I had to leave to get to work on time. He continued to push me and convince me to run my credit and trade my car in for a new one. Sergio in the finance department, “the finance manager,” so he claims, was the most disrespectful and inconsiderate person I have ever encountered. He claimed that he had been laid off from the company and was not familiar with the new paperwork and that I was the first person he financed since he got re-hired. This man was the dumbest person I have ever had to do business with and he continued to talk over me and not even let me get a word in. He failed to explain anything on any of the paper work and seemed clueless about everything that had to do with cars and financing a vehicle. Lastly, I called the next day to complain about the service and the quality of the piece of shit they sold me and Kevin, one of the “managers” was incredibly rude and seemed to get aroused by the fact that I was not pleased with that dealership. I do not understand what these people think they are doing, but this dealership is by far the most unprofessional, unfair, rude, and conniving business I have ever stepped foot in. I will never even look at this place they call a “dealership” ever again and I warn every single person that considers purchasing ANYTHING from this place to stay FAR AWAY. All those people care about it making their commission and they could give a crap what the customers thinks/wants. Stepping foot into those doors was the worst decision I have made, by far! They take advantage of young ladies who walk in because they feel dominant and controlling. Its almost as if they personally took advantage of me and I feel disrespected. DO NOT do these people a favor and buy anything from there, tell your friends, family, and even strangers never to shop there or recommend it to anyone at all! I wouldnt even buy a car from these burglars if it was the last dealership on earth, I’d rather walk for the rest of my life. Save yourself the hassle and purchase a vehicle at ANY OTHER place, except this one. You have been WARNED!!!
I agree that this dealership is dishonest…. I talked to their finance dept before getting in. The lease on my 2007 Nissan was about to expire and they promised that the excess mileage on the vehicle would be waived or somehow folded into leasing for a 2010 Nissan Altima. They gave us a lot of papers to sign. We signed various papers re release of liability for the 2007 Nissan. We leased a 2010 Nissan Altima. The advertisement for this car was no money down and $199 per month for a lease of 39 months. Considering the excess mileage on the 2007 Nissan, we put $315 down and ended up leasing $307 per month for 39 months. Then we got a statement from Nissan Finance that the excess mileage was never waived or paid off as promised by the dealer.
