Mr Pearson, I thought was going to be a man of his word when I called him in reference to my daughter Nissan problem that was not at all fixed when I had told the airhead service person what the problem was. Anyway they did charge her for something that needed no attention at all. I wonder if the charge was for washing her car? I was promise a refund from Mr. Pearson but after a week I called him and guess what he said I never said that. Well we all know about liars we have one in the white House and at Nissan of Melbourne too.!!!!!! wait to he hears himself saying about the refund on audio!! what a surprise. LQQK FOR IT Mr P if ur smart enough.

Worst experience ever. I do not recommend visiting this dealership. Found a vehicle listed on their website, went in to visit and they said the vehicle wasn’t available anymore. Less than a week later they were calling and texting multiple times a day. It was ridiculous. I had to block the number. Husband was still interested in the vehicle so we went in to check it out. Finance person Joy was rude and snippy. Had some problems with the vehicle and got the run around for repairs. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. We will never buy a car from this place again!!!
Nothing but great things to say about Nick and the whole crew. I’ve never written a comment about a dealership before. Thought they were all about the same. Nissan of Melbourne went way out of their way for me. THE BEST CAR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
I had a great experience at the dealership! I was not pressured into buying and was given extensive information on the used vehicle I was interested in. Brian, Q, and Forrest were able to work with me on pricing and made the car buying experience really fun. They helped my sister to buy a car at the same time, too. I even left to go check out a rival dealership and found that it was a waste of my time so I went back to Nissan almost immediately. Joy was amazing in the finance department and made sure my payments were affordable. I spent almost the whole day there, but it was worth it. I would highly recommend Nissan of Melbourne to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I found the employees to be honest and helpful. I would buy from here again in the future without a doubt.
While on vacation Vero Beach I had problems with my ’09 Murrano, it would not start. After contacting Nissan service, the car suddenly started again. So after reading reviews on the internet, I drove the car up to the Nissan of Melbourne for service. Could not be happier with the service department. Craig in service was so helpful. No problem was found and they did not charge me a thing. Could not be happier with my experience in their service department. Thank you.
I shopped four stores and Nissan of Melbourne was the only one that gave me a price and contaced me. There was no hidden fee’s and Iwas in and out with in a hour !!!!:)

To whom it may concern,
There was a comment saying that Paul Fusillo has a invested intrest in the dealership after 2004. This is not true, the dealership was sold by Paul Fusillo in 2002 and he was brought out in 2004! He does however, get his Nissan repaired in this dealership because they have the best shop in Brevard County. I have noticed on all websites like this. NO ONE takes the time to say how happy they are. But, if one person is unhappy they tell 10 other people and spend time writing on these websites! If you are a resonable person and understand this is a business that is very people oriented. I believe you will be very happy in service and sales!:);)
:)Highly recommend this dealership. We purchased 3 Nissan p/u Frontier’s and have been satisfied with all. We just traded our Nissan p/u for a 2011 Frontier and we love it. The salesman Chris did not pressure us to buy, he was very informative and likeable. He went out of his way to help us.
Today I had a question for service department and when we went into the dealership we were greated by friendly faces, a hot cup of coffee for myself and friend, someone from service came out to answer my question, he was polite and very informative, took time from his busy schedule to talk with us and I want to thank him (did not catch his name ) for taking the time to help out a walk in. Also thank you to the kind man who made us coffee on a cold winters day. We highly recommend Nissan of Melbourne.
The experience I had at Nissan of Melbourne was wonderful. My salesman Leo did not pressure us in any way. He was helpful and answered all my questions. The whole process was refreshing from what I have been use to at other dealers. This is the way car buying should be.
I have a MasterTech extended warranty that cost me $1,500. I talked to the tech and he told me what the price would be without any warranty coverage subtracted but that he was going to call them to make sure the things I needed replaced were covered. 4 hours later at the end of my work day I had to call them to get any information about the status of my vehicle… he said it was ready to go. I got there assuming everything would be covered since he never called to inform of any issues regarding price. I got there and NOTHING WAS COVERED… he never called me to tell me that, just assumed I would be okay with it and went ahead with the work. I could’ve just done the work my self for less money and less time. I’m so frustrated at their lack of professionalism.
Well I am a retired law enforcement officer so I will just list the facts. I contacted Nissan of Melbourne On August 22 through the intenet. I meet with Mr. Paul Marr an internet sales consultant at Nissan of Melbourne, filled out the finance paperwork and meet the finance person. Spent about 2 hours at the dealership so they could look over my trade vehicle a 2006 Nissan Armada. I was shopping for a unused 2010 Armada, red with a black interior. During the meeting with Mr. Marr and the finance person I was VERY specific. I stated I only wanted a new vehicle in a certain color. I stated what I could afford because I am Disabled living on a fixed income. 4 days go by I here nothing so I call Mr. Marr. He states he thinks the finance people have the financing in place but he will call me back in a few minutes. 2 days later Mr. Marr called me and asked me to come in to see him at the dealer ship. I ask him to email me the offer, Im diabled and it is a chore to get around. He emails a form email with the statement:
”I think I got something worked out for you when can you come by”
My wife and I go to the dealership on 8/28/2010. Mr. Marr is so busy he passes us of to George who will “explain everything”. George, with keys in had (2008 nissan armada) is lost because he does not know why he is working with us when I tell him I am there for a NEW vehicle ONLY, because he is showing us a used vehicle. My wife and I leave the dealership (32 min wasted). 4 hours later I fill out an online survey. 30 min after I submit the survey I receive a 1 minute and 58 second rant from Mr. Marr on my cell phone voice mail informing I was wrong and he was just too busy and no one tried to bait and switch us he was just trying to save us 18,000 dollors (so moving that he cares so much) and that I needed to come by the dealership to see the new car financing offer. I am a veteran, retired law enforcement officer and a diabled person AVOID NISSAN OF MELBOURNE LIKE YOUR LIFE DEPENDED ON IT ! Don’t allow their kind of car sales in todays market place. To state for the record that dealership DID try to BAIT and SWITCH me.

George was great. He let us do what we needed and helped us into our used vehicle. It’s unfortunate that he works with these people because I honestly feel like he is probably the diamond in the ruff. Now, since then, dealing with the dealership, in general, we’ve recieved pretty bad attitude from multiple people, on the phone, and in person. After a month of driving the vehicle, our temporary tag is now expired and still have not recieved the new one. When calling to inquire, it’s absolutely NO PROBLEM to get a new, temporary tag, but they have yet to get the paperwork together to have the real tag sent to us. From the point when they actually send it out, we will recieve it “within 4 days”. So, we’ll see. When I went in there to get a tag to replace the expired one, the guy that was called to help me rolled his eyes and totally made me feel uncomfortable that it wasn’t his job to do it. He did give it to me, no problem… didn’t offer to put it on for me, though. I just think that after buying a vehicle that it would continue to give good service. Now we’re a bit concerned that we have to deal with these people for the next 4 years, as our extended warranty that WE PURCHASED from these lovely people, will only end in aggrivation. The plus, we are happy with our truck, so far, minus the fact that it feels like it has break issues and we have to take it in to have it looked at, again, to deal with these people. When calling up there again, today, the woman scoffed on the phone at our asking to talk to a manager, then “the manager” was quite condesending to me and my fiance’ on the phone, even mocking me to a point to my discontent.
Had pre approval from another dealer, wanted to see the model in person. What a mistake that was. Brand new 2010 Titan, has problems already. The dealer does not care about wasting your time nor will they give you a loaner ( of course they tell you they will on the phone).
But back to the sales, somehow the 5000 rebate was not in the papwork, caught it and they tried again. Soo shady. 😡
First purchase with them was great. Second attempted purchase was frustrating, dishonest and shady. Same sales woman was unwilling to negotiate price and rushed the financing. She was a snooty eye rolling, tantrum throwing bitch. Therefor I took my business elsewhere. Should of read the prior reviews, wouldnt of purchased a vehicle there. Enjoy your overpriced Nissan.
We bought a used vehicle from them that they stated was a one owner (was NOT) and stated they put it through riggorous inspection, but within 2 weeks the vehicle needed a major repair. Nothing on vehicle about “as is” but once in fincance office, “as is, with absolutly no warranty” was stamped all over paper work. Should have been a red flag that sent us flying out of there, but trusted what they were saying about the condition and inspection of the vehicle.
Will NEVER deal with this dealership again!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!
Have owned many Nissans. These people are great
Do not trust Paul Fusillo’s review!!! Paul Fusillo has a vested interest in this dealership. He was the Vice President and General Manager October 1991 — October 2003 when it was called Excel Nissan/Excel Autogroup, Inc. The company recieved so many complaints that they had to change names and management. Paul Fusillo is currently listed as the owner of the Nissan of Melbourne website domain, indicating that he is still intimately involved with the company.
Based on my experiences with Paul Fusillo in 1994, I will NEVER do business with any company he is associated with. High pressure and intimidation was only the beginning of the nightmare I endured with Paul Fusillo’s dealership. In my opinion, if this dealership really had great service then REAL CUSTOMERS would be leaving positive reviews.
Mr, Paul Fusillo sold the dealership on July 31 2003 the writer is wrong he dose not have anything to do with the New Owner
Today I went in for an alignment to Nissan of Melbourne (located at 440 S Harbor City Blvd, Melbourne, FL 32901) with my 07 Maxima. Some guy called Jimmy did the work. When I got my car back after two hours, there were numerous scratches on each of the four alloy wheels from the tips of the alignment apparatus that fits into the wheels. I showed the service manager what has been done, and he argued — “Your car has 10,000 miles on it. We did not do that.” This is how bad the service from Nissan of Melbourne is. When you think of buying a Nissan vehicle, be prepared to deal with worthless Nissan dealerships like this.
This reminds me of an alignment I once got done to my 97 Altima a few years back at a Tire Kingdom (now NTB at 2385 Silver Dr, Columbus, OH 43211). One of the wheel caps wasn’t tightly fitted and came out in the street while driving back from the store. I went back to the store and the service manager apologized and instantly looked at nearby shops where I could get the wheel cap, talked to that store manager and requested me to get it from there at their expense. What a stark difference from Nissan of Melbourne!
