Had to wait about ten minutes while the sales staff was in a meeting. They couldn’t hold the meeting prior to opening the showroom for business?
Overall the salesperson that sold me my vehicle was very helpful.
Continuous pushing of financing and added services.
Their sales and business manager could use some training. The business manager called in the salesperson that sold me the vehicle to repremand him for placing a piece of paperwork in the wrong folder, while I sat there. Not only uncomfortable for me but very unprofessional. When pushing for the extended warrenty, I asked if I had to make the decision then and there. He said yes, though that was not true at all. I would have up to the end of the standard three year warrenty to purchase an extended warrenty. He wanted me to sign a form stating that the vehicle would be insured and Nissan Financial would be the lein holder. That would have been OK if they were financing it however I had my own financing. I refused to sign it. Their business manager needs additional training.
Their sales manager never noted the $5500 cash payment on the vehicle sales order after I repeatedly noted it over and over not only to the salesman but to the business manager.
Now I could see these errors if they were busy but I was one of only about three people in dealership showroom.
As a buyer, do not get rushed into signing anything without reading it thoroughly..
