Horrible service.
On October 1 I went to this dealership at 4 pm after making an appointment via email. The lady who emailed me was not there herself. I was relegated to a junior salesman who clearly was not a decision-maker.
I told him immediately that I had done my research and I wanted to buy the car the same day if the price was right. He still made me wait 40 min just to tell me that it will take him another 45 minutes to just bring the car to the dealership. I said: let’s go straight to negotiation and if the price was right I will buy the car. Another ten minutes go by and then he offered a price of $41k+ which was the same price offered to me via email.

That’s when Alan Castle, one of their sales people started interrogating me rudely. He demanded an explanation as to why would I lowball the price so much. I showed him the Kelley blue book spectrum of price on my phone to which he shouted, “Kelley blue book does not sell cars, do they?” Then he almost lost his mind, started shouting and said: “get out of here.” I was absolutely shocked. His body language was so threatening as if he was about to hit me.
I contacted Len Stoler customer service as well as their online staff. They promised that an apology will be issued but in reality, nothing happened.
I bought the car from another dealership at a good price.
If you are a person of color, avoid this place.
If you have self-respect, avoid this place.
If you value your time, avoid this place.
This dealership breeds and protects a toxic culture. This is how they treat you before selling the car. Imagine the way they may treat after you’ve signed the dotted line?
