Burns Honda sales manager John is not friendly and shows the attitude that he is more important than customer. He don’t care about customer. I went for Accord EXL. Burns Honda called me 2nd time to visit the dealership and promise to do the negotiation. During visit the visit he didn’t do any price discount and expect me to pay his price. He told me very arrogantly that he don’t want to sell the car.
Don’t visit this dealer. Also burns Honda price is very higher than other dealer.
i have a 94 hoda accord!my problem was that my car was overheating when I stop at a light or in the traffic!The “nice guys” told me that the fans are working ok! they have found problems,left from the work of other mechanics,but they couldn’t find that the problem was the fan switch!if the problem is in the fan switch,how can the fans working?:confused:so they changed the thermostat,but they couldn’t garantee that this will fix the problem!if the honda dealership can’t find the problem of a honda,who can:confused:?go there and they can change parts of your car forever,but they can not garantee that this will fix your problems!
