Three times I had to go back before they fixed the air conditioning, also to fix a trunk defect. Each time they left grease and grime all over leather seats and carpet regardless of putting down plastic. This last time they put 211 miles on my car to “recreate” the condition; they probably drove the family around for a few days. They ran the gas out of the car, this last time a full tank and refused to refill it. They scratched my dash during diagnostic and when they hired a company to fix it, the repair made things worse and left material on the inside of the windshield that I cannot remove and the company refuses to call me back. The rear light assembly when put back together was distorted with a gasket that was haphazardly mangled. My clock no longer works and even after they supposedly did an oil change, within a few hundred miles the oil light is staying on. When they took off the trunk lid cover, they left out attachment screws. There is more but this is getting too long; I will never return my vehicle there again, each time the car was worse than when I left it.
