Purchased a Dodge Charger at Marty’s a little over a year ago. They were nothing but nice and fair, and the finance manager Bill went out of his way to make the purchase painless.
Marty’s does not service what they sell and also they do not stand behind what they sell.Lemons last I knew were sold at supermarkets not car dealers. The service manager Jerry Dumont has nothing but pass the buck on my vehicle so for $23.000 my LEMON sits in Marty;s parking lot waiting for an answer.I have spent more time on the phone and getting the run around from Marty’s since January 14 2010. Very Dissatisfied.I want a full refund on my vehicle and will take the money and go to a car dealer that stands behind what they sell. Thanks for the stress and loss of my vehicle.
:mad:I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo for $23,000 from Marty’s on Sept. 26, 2009 and by Jan. 14 2010 my jeep had been in and out of Marty’s for 5 times for not starting and they sub the job out because they don’t service jeeps but they sell them I also bought and extended warranty for $350.00 and they have charged me for parts stating that my warranty doesn,t cover parts. Well will someone tell me what the H—the entended warranty does cover? I gave them $9.000 in cash for a down payment and financed the rest for 5 years and as of today Jan. 30 2010 i still don’t have my vehicle it sits in Marty’s parking lot while Jerry Dumont passes the buck on it.I learned don’t evewr buy from a dealer that doesn’t service the vehicle because when they sub it out for serice it costs nothing but headaches and more money.I am very upset and confused about what did I spend $23.000 on. Lemons are usually 2 for a $1.00 not $23.000.
