Have 2 warranty problem COWLES has not fix my truck told me to take it to another dealer for 2nd opinion I bought my truck from COWLES I thought I could get the work done there I was wrong. I have bought new Fords from 1978 have never had a dealer till me to take it to another dealer very poor service
Terrible customer relations exhibited by the Service Manager. Extremely unfriendly and rude. Exhibits a “take it or leave it” attitude and displays little if any managerial skills let alone personal relation skills required (at least one would think) by a manager. Does not return phone calls and is disrespectful in his conversation with customers. I strongly recommend going elsewhere for your service needs.
I was refused warranty work because of a new policy reguarding ladder racks on commercial vehicles purchased there. After they replaced a high pressure fuel pump,Cowles Ford mechanics carelessly damaged my truck requiring dents to be fixed and painted. When I returned to have a turbo replaced under warranty,I was told of this new ladder rack policy. After loudly objecting to the new policy, I was told by Matt Norris to leave his lot and not to return. I can understand paying a fee for the ladder rack removal, Sometimes when the vehicle breaks down like on Interstate 95, This new policy should be recinded. I still require warranty service work to be done.
I have been coming to Cowles Parkway Ford since 1997.I am very sorry they feel this way about working on Commercial vehicles. My next new truck purchase will not be at Cowles. Good Luck Gentleman!

I was in the last week of a temporary assignment to the FBI Academy in Quantico when my county issued patrol car quit. I contacted Mike in the service department at Cowles and he agreed to help me in any way he could. I had the car towed to Cowles and they began to work the afternoon that I had it delivered. At 7 AM the next morning I got a call from Mike, who told me that they had found the problem (the electronic throttle body control had gone out) and gave me a price quote. By 9 AM the car was ready for me to pick up. When I got to the dealership, Mike was there to greet me and walk me to the payment counter. Within 10 minutes of my arrival I was in my car adn on the way out of the parking lot. I couldn’t ask for better service.
