The Ford escape was said in add to be a one owner it was not we are the third owners. They said two sets of keys but after we bought it only one was a remote entry key the other was a valet key I spent $275.00 at Ford for a new key. And the 2010 Honda Accord on car check said it was not a lease car it was the daeler we bought it from showed and told us it came from Herb Chambers lease.
Worst car buying experience ever!
Knew what we wanted, and walked into the door with a stock number. We were told that the owner’s wife had the car as a demo, but we worked up a great deal with the expectation of picking the car up this weekend. Arrived for our scheduled appointment, and were told that the salesman no longer worked there and the car was not there as promised.
The floor manager went on to say that the deal that the general manager gave us was invalid since he looked at the wrong stock number, and very rudely threw us out of the dealership.
Classic bait and switch, avoid like the plague!
Great dealer I have purchased 3 Jeeps from this dealership.They always seem to have the best selection and the price is has always been fair. Mark and the rest of the crew have always treated me fairly and with a smile.
Contemporary Chrysler in Milford NH has finally pushed me over the edge. I have been dealing with them for 15 years and have purchased multiple new and used vehicles from them as well as servicing several more. I have no issues with their sales staff but the service department has sunk to a new low.
We spent $1000 to fix an electrical issue. The service department looked at the computer and fixed what the computer said was wrong, rather than using some common sense and paying attention to the symptoms we reported. Ñeedless to say, the problem was not fixed and reoccurred. Another trip today and they now found the issue, a loose wire, and they want another $250 to fix this.
Although I currently service FIVE vehicles there, they don’t care if I take my business elsewhere. Just another case of customer service not really servicing the customer.
Businesses whine about how bad the economy is and what it is doing to businesses but cannot look past this week’s revenues to possibly continue a long-term relationship.
If you want good Chrysler service, don’t go to Contemporary Chrysler in Milford. Especially don’t ask them to diagnose your problem…they will just take your money and you will still have the problem.
