I do not think I have ever said this about a used car expereince, but this was exceptional service worthy of a review. Our Salesman, JT, made this an easy and really happy experience for my nephew buying his first financed used car from a dealer. JT went over the top to explain all aspects to my nephew from the car facts, to the financing to the paperwork and even going over the owner’s manual with him to be sure he knew how to keep records of his car maintenance. Just a GREAT expereince! So grateful we found this place and that JT was our sales rep!

My Van Horn Hyundai reviewI have not had great credit and was on a path of stoping at the dealership, spend twenty minutes there and move on discouraged. By the time I got Van Horn I was already ready to go to the next dealer disappointed. Chris made me slow down and assured me that his specialty is bad credit financing. He went through things one step at a time instead of just looking at my credit and moving on. At first I thought I would never get a car but after he contacted the banks and “beat them up” a little, he told me I could get the car and take it home today.
