My Taylor Honda reviewI signed too quickly! A $250.00 “DOCUMENT PROCESSING FEE” had been added to the price of the car. The salesman tried to tell me it was a fee mandated by the state of Ohio for fighting terrorism. A check on the internet revealed that it is just another way for the dealership to make more money. I probably would not have been angry if this charge had been revealed before signing.
The airconditioner does not work properly and it took over an hour of phone calls and waiting for a call back from the service department to get a “maybe” appointment. “Drop the car off at nine o’clock on Thursday and we will cross our fingers in hopes we can find time to work on it”.
I should have bought a Ford.
