We purchased 2 new Nissans from this dealer and this is our 3rd Nissan in a row. My new 2006 Extera is still awesome and runs great; however, since the day we bought it new there was a noise with the back window rattling. After 2 attempts to locate the issue including taking the door apart, they can’t fix it. Then I made a comment 5 years later and the service department claimed I never complained about it!! It still rattles and she is now 9 years old.
We will gladly buy another Nissan PathFinder in 2015, but not sure if we would buy from this dealer again due to the service department.
????? We called and specifically asked about the BOGO deal. We were told buy one Ultima get a Sentra free. We even asked for the catch and they said that was the deal. We drove 30 mins to find out it is buy one get a 2 year lease of the other for free. Thanks for wasting our time we will never visit the lot again.
this is the worst dealer I have ever dealt with.I will never buy a vehicle from them do not use the service dept they are rip off artists.I unfortunately was talked into an extended warranty-never get it under any situation if you must buy from this dealer.I have had mechacal problems that they tell me the problem is not covered and do everything they can to manipulate you into paying for something you already paid for.beware of this company
I have bought a couple car’s from Leon and Leslie and they make it so easy. All I have to do is call either of them and they get me all the info and pricing on the car I am wanting. I dislike the whole car buying experience, but they make so easy I recommend all my friends and family to them. Thanks again to the best sales people I have ever dealt with.
Gio, Slavek, and Leslie were very helpful and I love my new Altima. The process was very simple and I felt no pressure to buy.
Jerry and Blake we very friendly and worked hard to find a car that would meet my needs in my budget. All 3 of these gentlemen were honest.
Our car was taken to a mechanic because it had a sudden problem where it stalled and then wouldn’t start and run properly. We had it checked at the mechanic, who ran his diagnostics and found that it had two recall items it was due for. We had it towed to the dealership and told them specifically that we only wanted the recall items done and nothing else, because we have a mechanic we trust. They verified that was fine. When we picked up the car, there was a $98 charge for diagnostics, which they wouldn’t remove because they said they won’t touch the car without doing diagnostics, even to replace recall items. We had already paid a mechanic to do diagnostics the day before they got the car, and this was a completely unnecessary service and charge that they were specifically told in advance not to do. If they were the last mechanics on earth, i’d buy a bicycle. I refuse to take my car anywhere that ads extra fees just to make the money, when I made the effort in advance to avoid paying them to do something I told them I didn’t want done. 😡
I wish I could just charge people in my job to take services they didn’t want. Must be nice. How does anyone get that kind of power?
this companies service deptment are abunch of rip of artists.I also was ripped of by these people and I know what your talking about I urge you to complain as I did to Nissan corporation of usa as I did.The more complaints they hear the better chance something will get done.my [email protected]
Stay away from this dealership and definitely do not use Scott Barker, their sales person! 😡 My husband I went to Sutherlin Nissan because the lease on my Murano was up in January 2010. We went to a Nissan dealership because of an overage of miles on the lease. My husband and I asked Scott Barker if Sutherlin Nissan would waive the fee on the miles allowance. ScottBarker had to discuss this with his sales manager, Chris because he could not make that decision himself. Scott Barker and Chris, the sales manager, while sitting at Chris’s desk, said the fee would be waived. Long story short — it wasn’t paid. Scott Barker and Chris, the now former sales manager lied to their new sales manager, U. S. Marine (yes, that’s his name) and told him there was no discussion of the mileage fee, which is a bold-faced lie. To be honest, the only reason I agreed to lease another Nissan, instead of buying the Audi convertible that I wanted, was because Sutherlin’s employee told both my husband and myself that they would waive that fee. So, economically, Nissan was the best way for us to go, or so we thought. We paid the down payment, signed paperwork and drove off the lot with a 2010 Altima. It was all good (or so I thought). A few weeks after we got the Altima, I received a bill for $2800.00 from Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp. I call Scott Barker and told him about the bill. He told me to send the invoice and he would take care of it. In fact, I just remembered that Scott Barker left me a voice mail that I saved telling me the fax number of Sutherlin Nissan and his message “send the letter to my attention and WE’LL TAKE CARE OF IT.” I’m very disappointed in the way this matter was handled. Scott Barker lied to make a sale. It’s that simple. Scott Barker lied to me and my husband, he also lied to his new sales manager and said no discussion was ever had over the over miles fee. This is not an honorable man. Buyer’s Beware!!!!
After conversations with Sutherlin Nissan’s general manager, Mr. U. S. Marine, and the general manager contacting Sutherlin Nissan’s owner, I am happy to report that the dealership lived up to our original agreement of paying the overage on my Nissan Murano. Sutherlin cut a check for the full amount owed. I picked up the check and sent it to Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp. and the account was paid in full. I want to thank Mr. Sutherlin and Mr. Marine for taking care of this issue. I am very pleased.:)
i’m glad they made it right but as you noticed you have to complain to get things done. The people in finance do flat out lie I can tell you that first hand. They only fixed it because they got their grubby hands caught inthe cookie jar.Dont buy fromthis dealer
