My Smithtown Ford reviewThese guys suck!!!!! “The closer” changed the contract around from the original price agreed on with the salesman and selling my daughter an expensive extended warranty.
And was sold on the monthly payment much higher than expected my daughter picked up her car and was stuck with the contract she signed.
If you buy from these guys bring a lawyer with you.
The service department just did the 15000 mile service at almost $300!
They replaced parts that were not necessary and not in the maintenance schedule.
They took advantage of a 21 year old who didn’t know better.
The air filter and the fuel filter do not need replacement at 15k!!!
This STealership is the worst
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

My Smithtown Ford reviewAt first I was happy to walk in and trade in my car. The salesman was nice. But as soon as the big boss and the salesman walked outside to look at my car everything went downhill. They started to say my car was disgusting and beaten up. I was hoping for a bigger value on my car but it was not at all what I was expeting. They were basicly asking my car for a steal. I have had enough so I drove away. I was exiting Smithtown Ford’s lot I looked back and I see that my salesperson crumbled up my prospective client sheet and just droped it the lot. I will never go to Smithtown Ford dealer EVER AGAIN!!!

My Smithtown Ford reviewAfter purchasing a vehicle from them and bringing it in for service 2 months later they say they lost one of my keys and had to make another one then my truck was stolen off the lot. they claim its not there responsibility and the loss goes through my insurance company not theres??? after returning to the dealership to get there insurance information i was told to leave and not return by one of the managers. Also there finance manager will probably forge your documents after you sign them and before he faxes them over to his banking guy. IF YOU BUY A NEW VEHICLE GO IN WITH YOUR OWN FINANCING

My Smithtown Ford reviewDo NOT shop here- they are criminals! After I traded in my car for a new one, I started receiving parking tickets in the mail.. on the car I traded in!! When I called them, they said they didn’t do anything wrong and HUNG UP on me! I had to file a police report against them. They will treat you like a dog- GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
