Rally E Acura is only interested in taking your money, but if there’s an issue, they completely abandon you. I’ve been servicing my TL at Rally E Acura for a little over three years, where I purchased the vehicle new. The customer service was fine until I had a problem with a job I paid them to do. I tried calling and emailing several times, the customer service rep, Enza Comito, the service advisor, Melissa Kennedy, the service manager, Mike Denfeld and the general manager, Jay Rosenthal. No one bothered to respond to my questions or even acknowledge my phone calls and emails.
They lied about the work that was performed and when they got caught, are now trying to ignore the whole situation. That’s the type of treatment you get from Rally E for giving them your business for over 3 years! I am now in the process of contacting the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs letting them know that Rally E is fraudulently charging customers for work that was not performed.
