My King's Colonial Ford reviewThis unscrupulous dealer made repairs to my vehicle that did not need to be done. I was on a trip from out of state and they knew I had no choice considering the safety of my family for the trip back. Upon return home several mechanics certified the parts that were replaced were indeed still serviceable and the work completed by Kings was not needed. When confronted with this evidence Kings refused to admit they were in error let alone refund any of the 500+ dollars charged. In addition. They made false statements about the transaction in response to a BBB complaint. This dealership is shady on many levels. If they are the” best” in GA, as they advertise on this site, then I suggest you travel to another state. Places like this are why people don’t trust car dealers. I would not use this business nor recommend it to anyone.
