My Ken Garff Audi Porsche Volkswagen reviewI bought a used 2007 A4 from this dealer ship after trading in my TT, When I drove the 2007 A4 i asked the salesman about a belt sound it was making and he said that is was not a problem that it was just the cold weather causing the problem. Well after two weeks of having the car and the same sound I know that it is a problem, they did offer me to leave my car there so they could hear it while it was cold the next day, but was told that it was my problem I would have to fix it. Keep in mind this problem was some thing I brought up the day of sale not something that happened after i bought the car. The deal was hadled with many lies and mistakes and I will never Use Ken Garff for any kind of future purchases. And Dan the VW guy there is a real winner he told me it was my problem I need to deal with it. So Ken Garff is not an honest place at all, I do not recomend them and have contacted a few places to do what I can to make sure people know that this is not a place to buy a car. Im really not happy with the sales staff and watch out for them, they are really not honest!!

My Ken Garff Audi Porsche Volkswagen reviewto make a long story short: I had a quote from this dealership to fix my TCM for $1400 (labor and fluids) +$800( TCM part). I ordered the part but took it to a different Audi dealer (in SLC) and got it fixed for $680 (labor and fluids). How is that possible?? I do not recommend this place.

Obviously. You didn’t read my post very well. I made It clear that another Audi dealer did the work for half the price. This is my fourth Audi, I know maintenance is not cheap. I don’t mind paying for a good service. But I need some honesty. Just because I’m a woman doesn’t mean I can be told outreagous prices. I do my job and shop around. Was very disappointed with Ken Garf.
