My Jackie Jones Ford reviewFlew up from FLA to buy a used F-150 in the exact color i thought i wanted. Steve was great over the phone, dealing with all my little questions and the little bit of negotiating we did. They had it priced right, $2,000 below same used truck in FLA, so there was no need to haggle very much. I knew the market for that truck and so did they. When i got there, it didnt feel right, (the color) so i switched up and went NEW TRUCK, they were easy to work with. they even picked me up from the airport and drove me out to them. Buy here, they are good guys.
I DID buy, I definalty Recommend!!

My Jackie Jones Ford reviewAt the time of purchase, an air conditioner problem was NOT disclosed before I signed the paperwork. AFTER I signed all the documents, I was notified that the air line needed to be replaced. Nick Funk, the salesman, promised to come and get my car, have it repaired, leave me a loaner and then bring back my car. He didn’t have to do that because I came to the dealership and had it fixed. BUT…3 months later, it broke AGAIN and I reminded him of his promise. He wouldn’t do it AFTER he received his commission. A dealership is only as good as their service…and theirs stinks.
