The sale person was very cold and had no interest in the customer. Never go there.
Rude salespeople, and very very discriminatory towards women and people of color
I went in to buy a new crv. I was “greeted” by Mike, a rude and obnixious salesperson. The first thing he asks is a copy of my drivers licence. No attempt to make this a good experience. I asked him if I could see the car at least. To make a long story short, I left and bought my car at another dealership. I had financing and actually had walked in to get the car that day
Good thing I didnt.
If you are a woman and specially a person of color, stay away from this place. They dont deserve your business.
I second to this, I was assigned a sales person Gimmy, it was very evident that he is making excuses and not showing any interest and ignoring. Seems like they are giving us a favor by selling the car. I strongly recommend not to go for this dealer. In fact I will never go there again.
Simple story, both tail lights out at the same time. Called on the phone they told me they would try replacing the bulbs and charge nothing if it did not work. It did and they charged me a total of $10 plus tax.
Many places would have claimed to have spent an hour or two figuring out where a cable had come off , or a piece that had gone bad.
So bravo to Honda of Kirkland Service dept they were honest and fair.
In fact I have since purchased another car from them and have been very happy .
The service manager called and explained how they have made a mistake on this and this is usually covered warranty. They will look into contacting Honda to make this more well known across dealerships.
I completely agree with the last comment made. They are EXTREMELY rude and pressure you to buy their car on the spot. They WILL treat you like you are the dumbest person alive if you don’t agree with them. (And surprisingly, they even criticize you if you don’t make a decision of buying on the spot by telling you straight that YOU ARE WASTING SALESMAN’S PRECIOUS TIME. Are you kidding me?)
I recommend not to even think about going there to buy Honda. If you really want to buy a Honda, you should go to the one in Bellevue. (which is what I did rigtht after visiting Kirkland. At least Bellevue Honda will treat you like a customer.)
Kirkland Honda sales people and support people, do not like women! I was treated like a 9th class citizen right from the beginning. I am the parent of a young woman buying a car. At every turn, I was asked why I was there and made to feel like I was imposing on them!!! The rudeness rankes right up there with the
dishonesty, and the whinning that was done. We were supposed to get a $250.00 gas car, and the sales manager refused!!! He said it was too low a price we had bargained and he was not giving her the card!! We were told our in very good condition Honda trade, would be discounted $600.00 for a safety check!!! No
other dealer has quoted me that. We were told the other dealer the car was
coming from, would not have the car ready for several days. I called that
dealership, and the car was ready. Another big lie!!! At the very end, when I found other financing, they tried force us into using their financing, after telling us
that the paper we signed to see if we could get credit, was valid. We were
lied too again. WOMEN, go somewhere else!!!!!! There are lots of good
dealers in the area, as I have dealt with several in the past. I should have gone
back to them!!! I didn’t know about this site first or I would have come to it
first. Please, becareful, because you will not be treated well, will be made to
feel like you are an inferior idiot, and will be lied to on many ocassions. I hope
this helps some person so they won’t be screwed over, and mistreated. By the way, be sure to check financing from other than Honda sources. Check out the credit unions, BECU, and others, because even with lower credit scores, they were better than the stuff Kirkland Honda had to offer.
I totally agree with you. I had the same experience-I am going to take up this matter further with authorities and want to know what kind of discriminatory practices they are indulging in.
