My Gregg Young Chevrolet reviewWas lied to about the interest rate I qualified for by their finance department. Was bullied by their sales manager Andy after we brought back the new car that had a door that was malfunctioning and scratches on the steering wheel and glove box. Then I was dumb enough to get sold a second vehicle from them. They filled out the tax form wrong and called me days after I had already left with the signed paperwork, including the tax form and told me that they made a “mistake” or I believe “human error” was the term they used and that I would be responsible to pay the extra $1500. Then they had the audacity to mail me a new tax form with a handwritten letter telling me I needed to sign the new tax form and take that one to the DMV. I talked to Gary the GM and said I did not want to take financial responsibility for their negligence and he refuses to accept responsibility for the mistake and tells me that Gregg Young’s number is not available. This whole thing has been a nightmare and all I want is for them to take responsibility for their mistake and to speak with Gregg Young so he can hear exactly how his employees have treated me.
Now they won’t post my review I have to Keep reposting it they must be all in it together!!!

My Gregg Young Chevrolet reviewJust went in to trade my 1991 Corvette for a 2007 Eclipse. This Chevy dealer has not a single Corvette on their lot but yet has a Corvette Shop in their dealership. They offered me $2000 for my Gorgeous Black Corvette that constantly turns heads that I just placed on Car Gurus for $7000 as what they consider a good deal valued at $9,026 in the Midwest (check it out for yourself). They also would not consider budging on their price of their car which is right at market price (you can also check that car out on Car Gurus.) Not to mention when I first looked at the Eclipse on Monday the price of the car was $13,595. I went today on Saturday after I put a down payment of $500 on it and their new price to me was $13,959. Long story short…what a rip off! No wonder they can build such a huge building on 180th when they steal everyone’s cars!!! What kind of Chevy dealer doesn’t have/want a Corvette on their lot? P.S. Dan was a nice salesman & I feel bad he works for this company.
Maybe your car isn’t worth what you thought. I have seen a thousand idoits trying to pass off a beat up crappy old car( with a sick engine under the hood) as something special. If you posted on Craig’s list, or wherever, and no-one wanted it at that price you may just not know anything about cars.,Plus you went to a dealer who has a legal obligation to make sure a car is safe before they sell itl . Maybe they recognized that 8k in work needed, makes the cars value what it is. I’m guessing you bought the car for less than 5 grand. Prove me wrong.
I knew the car and your right also! And besides if you the person, well I don’t need to say anymore about them either! Someone that lives off the state for government aid, usually is what there about also!
First off, I am not on government aid. & second, ex-husbands should learn how to live their own lives and quit following their ex-wives around. Negative comments don’t hurt me they just prove that you still haven’t learned anything and you can’t move on with another girl because you’re too stuck on hating me still.

I just wanted to update you with the current status of my “beat up crappy old car (with a sick engine under the hood)” as you referred to it. I traded it to Siemer last weekend for $6000 (3x what Gregg Young would only give me) and bought a Lexus in turn from them. There is your proof buddy!

My Gregg Young Chevrolet reviewI found a used truck listed by Gregg Young on Auto Trader. I was concerned about rust since its from Nebraska;which gets snow and ice on the road. I questioned the sales staff about Rust on the truck,but they told me that there was no rust.They said that it was the cleanest used truck on the lot. Well since i was driving 1200 miles to buy the truck, i asked several times about rust only to get the same awnser everytime.No rust!! Well since the truck pics looked good and the miles were low;I took them at their word. The trucks undercarrage was eat up with rust! You could just peel the rust off the springs in layers. They also tried to cover up the rust with a fresh coat of undercoat that was still wet! Fraud and dishonesty! I would not recommend that anyone do business with this dealership!

She tried to explain certain features and half she had to ask someone else. I was getting hounded about buying the truck when she couldnt even sell. Than a manager came in trying to be my bestfriend and was acting like I was a complete idiot. Than while returning to my seat they sat at their manager desk and were making fun of other customers in the store. I would never purchase from these guys just because of customer service and customer service only! 😡

It waas the most confortable I have ever felt in a dealership and I have been to just about all of them in Omaha. Mike, Brandon, and Michelle made me feel right at home. I meet Mike in the parking lot and the first thing that came to mine ” Geee you got here fast ” thinking it was just another car sale`s man. Was I wrong. Mike showed me the car I wanted, got me the price I wanted, and was very professional though the sale. Brandon was the same. No pressure. Did the paper work in proper time, smiles, and just made feel good. Of course, there was Michelle. Very nice young lady and she was willing to work with me. The whole staff in the sales area were very nice, even offer me something to eat. Gregg, you building is #1. Your people are #1 and I promise to spread the word and you will see me again.

they will take your money and run the Truck we bought was actually sold twice to us and another couple! We were not notified of this problem until I wanted to go to my bank and get the check the next day! The day comes for us to pick up the vehicle and no on at the dealer would call the bank back to give them the information they needed to complete our loan! We got our truck in April and would could not plate the sucker un the middle of june the truck was from out of state and was not even inspected and they sent someone to pick up the truck and take it to the inspector place in Omaha on our gas..which there was not even enough in the tank to get us home!! What a dive this place should be shut down…no on listens to costumer problems!! DON’T BUY FROM THEM…I REPEAT DON’T BUY FROM THEM~
