My Gainesville Dodge reviewMy Dodge Durango is three weeks old and I have two minor issues one being one of the pastil covers on the windshield pillars is the wrong color and does not match interior and a small grapefruit sized paint defect. Since I did not buy the car at this dealer they refused to fix. I had a dodge rep contract the dealership and dodge stated that it is covered and this dealer could fix and get paid to do so by Dodge and they still refused to fix. The dodge rep called another dealer in the area and confirmed this dealer would honor a dodge warrantee even though I did not buy from them. The dodge rep explained to me that it would be best if I discontinue any business with the Gainesville Dodge dealer. I currently own three dodge vehicles and will not use this dealer in the future
