My Route 22 Nissan reviewI don’t know where to start but this place just car about your money. I bought my car from them, every oil change i went here. One of the oil change they crack my car`s oil pan strip, and now they deny. Service adviser( Vincent) he has really attitude problem. Manager of the department, he just keeping saying” you have to pay” you have to pay”. If i need to pay, i will pay no worries but listen to customer first. After they listen to you, they are looking at your face speechless.And Service manager said that” i have to run this place, it doesn’t work that way” Is that really costumer service skill? or are they really care about us? or they really focus on customer satisfaction? By the way anytime you go there, just be ready that you will waste at least 2 hours of your life for any single service check….

I don’t hesitate to complain when necessary, so it’s important to let the compliments flow when appropriate. I originally when just to find out exactly what the problem was. After checking the car they finded out that was a trassmision problem, Bryan explained everything in a way that I completely understood. He also took care of EVERYTHING!!!!

My Route 22 Nissan reviewThey showed me carfax’s and let me drive any car I wanted on the lot. And then I set my eye on a car that wasn’t up for sale yet, because it was having a window motor fixed.
Psh, they let me drive it, take it to go get checked out and of course, of course, that’s their job, but they were so laid back and accommodating that I kept having to remind myself that used car dealers are shady and trying to get as much money as possible out of me and to keep my guard up.
